Angel rose from his spot and hugged and kissed her. “We’ll teach him how to use it.”

His scent enveloped her and made her mouth water. She was going to have to get her responses to them under control otherwise they’d be getting their way every time. Heck, what was she thinking? She didn’t mind them having their way as long as she was who they were having.

“What if he damages something?”

“It doesn’t go that fast, and he can’t really damage much in the backyard. We’ll have a talk with him and deal with any damage if and when it happens. This is perfect for a boy his age.”

His fingertips stroked her hips through her silky skirt, and she knew her capitulation was complete. They used “sexy” like a weapon on her to get their way. “I suppose you’re right, honey. It just surprised me that you would spend so much for a toy.”

“It wasn’t that bad,” Angel replied. “It will be great for teaching him about responsibility and that he’ll have to be careful.”

Teresa smiled, finally won over. “Plus, you two big boys will have a lot of fun playing with him.”

Joaquin grinned triumphantly. “Well, it does look like fun. I can’t wait to see him behind the wheel.”

Teresa held up an index finger to make a point. “Fine, but you know this is going to lead to bigger and more dangerous toys like motorcycles later.”

She’d thought that might give them pause, but the opposite was closer to their response. “Cool! We can teach him about those, too. In a few years, he’s definitely going to need a dirt bike.”

Teresa rolled her eyes and threw her hands up in the air as Angel laughed and hugged her tight and kissed her. She chuckled and said, “Fine, but it’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye.”

“Okay, we take full responsibility for emergency rooms visits.”

That was supposed to instill confidence?

She sat down on the porch and watched her men put together the child-size version of a big green tractor complete with front-end loader. Angel and Joaquin were planning on surprising Michael with it for his birthday the following day. He was with Grace at the moment, allowing them a chance to get it put together and hidden out of sight.

Teresa gazed at her men, overwhelmed by their generosity toward her son.
Their
son, too, they made clear.

Michael had taken to their attention and instruction like one of the colts under their care, ready to be taught. He followed them around the ranch whenever it was safe for him to do so. The men told Teresa it was that way for them growing up on their parent’s ranch. They caught as much as they were taught, and they were confident Michael would, too.

The ranch hands were patient with Michael, taking time to talk to him and giving him little simple jobs to do when they could. One time she caught Ash Peterson in the act of giving Michael a piggyback ride while an ever more articulate Michael babbled on to the tall, muscular cowboy about the horses. Teresa could see how important to Michael it was that they included him in the way his little chest would puff up and how he tried to emulate their movements and actions. What a blessing that her son would grow up surrounded by his heroes.

Angel and Joaquin taught him first to respect the horses and to stay away from all the vehicles. That was another reason they’d gotten him his own little tractor because the vehicles and heavy equipment were off limits unless he was in their arms. He wanted to be with them as much as possible and so he respected and listened to their instructions.

They’d been home from the honeymoon for almost a month. It was a tight fit in the two-bedroom house, but they were making it work for now. Jack and Angel were planning to sit down soon and draw up plans for a new house.

Her work at Stigall’s continued on at the usual pace. Angel and Joaquin made sure she knew that it was not necessary that she continue on at Stigall’s but that if she enjoyed her job, they didn’t mind if she kept it.

She still felt amazement at times that they preferred to have Michael with them and not in daycare while they worked and that he obeyed their rules so readily. Teresa questioned why they didn‘t expect her to contribute toward living expenses, and Angel told her it was important to them that they were able to provide her everything she needed. Honestly, she heaved a great sigh of relief as the burden of making ends meet for her and Michael shifted from her shoulders.

Joaquin committed to the Divine Creek Ranch when he committed to Teresa and was now working fulltime with the breeding operation. Angel was working steadily toward turning over foremanship of the ranch to Ash Peterson.

The rodeo would come to Morehead in late February, and Teresa did her best to hide her unease when Joaquin registered in the bull-riding competition. The rodeo was a three-day event, and he told her he wanted to do it just for fun and promised her he didn’t intend to load up and follow the circuit. He just wanted to keep active in his sport, at least locally.

Angel had competed in bareback bronc riding in years past, but when Teresa asked him about it, he’d told her he was too out of practice to compete. He’d told her he would sign up if the desire was strong enough, but he thought it more important that they both not compete in the rodeo on the off chance they might both be seriously injured.

Angel said he knew it meant more to Joaquin than it did to him because Joaquin loved competition. Angel would sit in the stands and hold her hand while they watched. Ash was registering in the bareback bronc riding event.

They were looking at a calendar early one morning in February with Teresa, trying to determine a weekend they could take off in the spring or early summer to return to Port Aransas. This time they wanted to take Michael with them.

All three looked up when they heard a sleepy little yawn from the entrance into the kitchen. Michael stood there bleary eyed with his jet-black curls mashed sideways and standing up all over his head. He came to Teresa and climbed up in her lap and rested his head against her breasts as she looked at the calendar.

Michael was growing up and getting big so fast. She knew moments like this were numbered, and one day he would be too big to want to cuddle in her arms like this. She thanked God for the blessing of the moment and hoped that someday she’d have another raven-haired infant to cuddle close in her arms. She pressed her lips to Michael’s fragrant head and squeezed him gently.

She glanced up and caught both men gazing at her. The tenderness in their eyes made her wonder what they were thinking at that moment. Were they thinking the same thing?

She asked, “Are you sure you want Michael to stay with you today? I don’t mind taking him with us.”

Angel shook his head with certainty. “The point of going with Grace today was so that you could stop by Discretion. You won’t have much fun shopping with one hand over his eyes the whole time, will you?”

“Oh right, that would
not
be fun, would it? Are you sure it will be safe for Michael?”

“Absolutely safe,” Joaquin reassured her. “Ethan and Jack are going to be here also. Michael will probably ride my shoulders the whole time, and I won’t be in the corral if that has you concerned. If Michael is going to become part of the operation some day, now is as good a time as any to begin teaching him horses including their breeding. He won’t be down running loose. I promise.”

That wasn’t the only reason she needed to be sure he was properly watched over. “How long will those men be here?”

“Del Valle and his brothers are supposed to arrive around nine, and we should be finished by two or three,” Angel replied, pouring milk in Michael’s cereal and helping him into his booster chair. His next words were directed at Michael. “Come on, buddy, if you’re gonna help today, you need to eat a good breakfast.”

Teresa and Grace were going to have breakfast together at Rosalie’s Café, a new venture in town owned by a woman who had recently moved from Del Rio to Divine. The girls were enthusiastic about visiting the new café.

“Thanks for understanding about this morning,” Angel said, stroking her thigh.

“I trust your instincts, Angel.”

“We just think it might be better if you and Grace were away from the ranch today while Del Valle and his men are here. Something about them doesn’t sit quite right with me and Jack. This way you both get to have some fun, and maybe you’ll come home with a few surprises?”

“I’m looking forward to shopping at Discretion. I wonder if there is any particular ‘surprise’ that you’re hoping I’ll bring home,” she whispered in Angel’s ear as Joaquin grinned at her while he poured Michael a glass of orange juice. “I would be open to
suggestions
. I’ll be in the bathroom,” she offered then slipped out of the kitchen to finish getting ready for the excursion.

Angel and Joaquin had spoken with her about a group that would be coming out the following morning to obtain stud service for their mares. The Del Valle family would only be there for the day and might possibly be returning once more later in the week. Grace and Teresa had decided to take the opportunity to visit Discretion Boutique in Morehead.

Teresa was applying her makeup when Angel came and rested a shoulder against the master bathroom door. There should be a law against men looking that sexy with almost no effort.

“Any special requests? Clothing? Toys?”

“I want you to buy something you’d like to experiment with in the bedroom. Jack tells me the ladies also stock pretty evening wear and accessories. I want you to buy yourself something sexy, for a nice evening out and whatever you’ll need to go with it.”

She still had the mindset of a single mom on a ferociously tight budget and was so accustomed to keeping the purse strings tight that she still needed reassurance sometimes. What he was asking for would be fun, but expensive. She glanced at him hesitantly.

Angel had that look in his eyes like he knew what she was thinking. “Since we are responsible for sending you out this morning, the shopping spree is on us. You should feel free to use your debit card for anything you purchase. Anywhere you go, all right?” She knew Angel and Joaquin did not have to worry about money. They were invested in the ranch and earned a healthy income plus the return on their investment.

“Thank you, honey. I appreciate it. I don’t mean to seem so miserly.”

“I know it will take time, beautiful. You’re with us now. We’re going to take good care of you.”

“You do. I love you,” she murmured then kissed him. Angel wrapped her in his strong arms and she rested her cheek against his chest, breathing in his clean scent.

“Joaquin wants to check in with you, too. I think he’s hoping you’ll bring home something in particular, as well. Speak of the devil,” he murmured as Joaquin came up behind him in the doorway. “I’ll go help Michael get dressed,” he said, pecking her nose and leaving Joaquin alone with her.

Teresa felt the heat of Joaquin’s gaze as he looked her over from head to toe with a wolfish smile on his face. Glancing in the mirror, she noticed the prominent bulge at his groin and knew he’d given some
hard
thought to what he hoped she’d bring home from Discretion.

Carefully applying her eyeliner, she murmured, “Got a shopping list for me, husband?”

A slow smile spread across his lips, and he gazed back in the mirror with his bedroom eyes. “It’s a short list.”

The deep tone of his voice and the sexy way he said it led her dampening pussy to believe that while the list might be short, the night would definitely not be. “What would you like?”

“Remember when we talked during the honeymoon about making love to you at the same time?”

Her heart lurched a little in her chest, and her cunt clenched in an ecstatic spasm. “Yes,” she whispered, applying her mascara. “You meant both of you penetrating at the same time, right?”

“Yes, did you still want to try that?”

Like you read about, baby!
Her pussy welled with hot moisture at the thought.

“You know I do. You said we’d work up to it later. Is this ‘later?’”

“Yes, but only if you still want it.”

Like people in hell want ice water!

She’d had plenty of time to fantasize about it after they’d told her how they planned to take her. They’d experimented with light anal play ever since, and she had come to crave that little pinch of pain that anal penetration delivered, which escalated her pleasure.

“Joaquin, I think I’m ready.”

Joaquin slipped into the bathroom and closed the door in case little ears were nearby. “When we’ve played anally, it’s only been with fingers or the small vibrator. Taking one of our cocks anally is going to require some preparation.”

“Would it help if I bought plugs? Grace told me that was what she did—Oops! Maybe I shouldn’t have told you that,” she whispered, her hand going to her lips.

“It’s okay, sugar. Married to three men, both Angel and I already assumed that she would know a thing or two about anal sex. Buy a series of plugs. But I want you to remember something. If we get started and you’re uncomfortable, if it hurts or you decide you hate it and don’t want to do it, all you have to do is tell us. It wouldn’t be the end of the world.”

Oh, yeah it would!

Sometimes she still shocked herself with how uninhibitedly she lusted after them both now. Once they got started, she wasn’t going to be satisfied until she had both of them inside her at the same time.
