First off, I would like to thank my friends on Wattpad. If it was not for the people who supported me and commented on my books, I wouldn’t have gained the confidence I needed to continue sharing my writing. It’s because of my wonderful fans that this book has evolved to where it is now. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me. Without their support and involvement, I don’t know where I would be right now.
I would also like to thank the company that took on my book, BLVNP. They gave me this chance and made owning this book possible. I will always be grateful to them for opening doors in my life and making my dream come true. It is very important that I thank the website that made it all possible. If I never stumbled upon Wattpad nearly five years ago, I don’t know what I would have done with my stories. When I first started writing, I was very hesitant to put something so important to me online and on display. I am so thankful that I did and that it was on Wattpad. It introduced me to so many wonderful people, support, and the amazing opportunity for publication.
Having my first book that was only intended as practice now published is an absolute dream come true. Thank you so much!

Marien Dore was born in Bay City, Michigan. It wasn't until she was nearly 15 that she found her love to write. Having finished three novels, she is currently publishing her first one, Island Rush. Marien is also attending Delta College to pursue a career in journalism.
