He bit on her nipple, and she whimpered. “Very badly, honey. I ache. Please fuck me.”

He moved some of her wetness to her ass, massaging her back entrance, working the tip of his finger inside. She clenched around him.

“Mike—”

“Tell me, baby,” he interrupted. “Did you let him inside this sweet ass?

At his words, her insides contracted sharply.

“You used to go crazy when your ass was being fondled; you still do, but you never gave that to me. Did you give it up for him?”

She shook her head, fighting for breath as he pressed deeper inside, stretching her rear.

“Why didn’t you?”

She shrugged. “I didn’t feel comfortable enough with him. Didn’t trust him.” She hadn’t given it to Mike either, but it had had nothing to do with not feeling comfortable with him, or not trusting him. She’d trusted him, but she was too young, too scared to give herself to someone totally, especially as she was hiding parts of herself from him because she felt defective.

“I want it,” he growled.

She didn’t have to think about it. “Take it. It’s yours. It’s always been yours,” she said and kissed him. “I’ve always been yours. Body and soul. Even when I thought you didn’t want any part of me.”

“Never that, baby. I’ve always wanted you. Even when my head said I shouldn’t. Even when I was pissed as hell and you belonged to someone else.”

She looked into his eyes. “I was married, but I never belonged to anyone else but you.”

He brought her to him and kissed her long and deep, until they were both breathing hard.

“Let’s get a condom. You’re very small and it’s going to be a tight fit, especially with the metal balls. They could rip your flesh. I don’t want to hurt you in any way. The latex will protect you.”

He took a foil packet and a tube of lubricant, and she watched as he ripped the packet. He was hard and soaked from her wetness.

“Baby, you’re huge,” she whispered. “Let’s take the piercing out.”

Mike shook his head and suited up. He opened the tube and worked a healthy amount onto himself. “You can take me. I know you can. And the beads will just add to the pleasure. Open yourself for me.”

She didn’t understand him. “What?”

“Open yourself for me,” he repeated. “Take your hands to your ass cheeks and part them. I want you all open for me.”

Kyra faltered. Her legs were trembling, but she reached for her behind and parted her cheeks, gasping as cold air caressed her inner flesh.

“Beautiful, sweetheart,” Mike said, his cock jerking between her open folds. He took himself in hand and moved from her clit along to her pussy and then farther to her clenching ass. Then back again to her pussy, teasing the entrance with the head of his cock, never going in, just to glide back and nudge her ass.

The lube from his cock felt cool on her feverish skin, and even though she was nervous, soon she found herself pressing her ass against him.

He was too big; he wasn’t going to fit.

He moved his fingers inside her pussy and she tensed all over.

In spite of all her reservations, she wanted him. And she was getting desperate. “Mike. Please.”

She wasn’t sure what she was asking, but Mike did.

“Give me your mouth,” he ordered and as she did, he removed his fingers from her core. Holding her in place with one hand on her waist, he pushed against her rear, the head of his dick breaching her tight canal. She screamed at his invasion and the sharp pleasure laced with a bite of pain.

“Fuck, baby. Don’t move,” he said, rubbing her clit in tight circles, easing the discomfort. “And don’t fight me. Just let me feel you. So good.”

Her ass was spasming, and with each convulsion, his beads pressed against her, waking up nerve endings she didn’t even know she had.

“Mike, I can’t take this. Move.” The burn was so intense she had this unstoppable urge to press down to relieve the pressure of that big cockhead and those beads right in her entrance.

“You can take this and more, love,” he said. “You were made for me.”

He lowered her on his cock, just an inch.

Too little. She couldn’t stand the burn. She tried to push down, but his hold was unbreakable.

“Don’t.” He went for her clit and began rubbing. “Next time I fuck your ass, it will be for me. I’ll drive in so fucking deep your rosette will be stretched at the base of my cock, but this time is all for you,” he whispered in her ear, gripping her hips tight so that she couldn’t move.

“You’re the most sensitive in the first several inches; that’s where almost all the nerve endings are. I want you to enjoy this to the max, feel the metal balls against your flesh. The burn every time you try to close your ass.”

Unable to utter a word, she nodded. Her ass was on fire. She tried to stop herself from squeezing him but couldn’t.

She felt him jerk inside her and grow even bigger. Her muscles spasmed, trying to accommodate him, but the more she clenched around him, the higher the need was and the bigger those damn beads and his cock felt.

“Want me to fuck that sweet pussy of yours too?”

She gripped him. Hard.

“I take it that’s a yes?” He moved his hand from her clit down to her slit. “For next time I’m going to get a dildo so that I can fuck you in both places. Now, though, my fingers will have to do.” He slipped one digit inside, and she cried out from the pressure.

“Oh my God. Mike.”

He was tense too, sweat dripping from his temples at the strain as he worked her pussy slowly in and out of her, his thumb on her clit. “I can feel my cock inside you, the beads too, pushing against my fingers. So fucking sweet.”

She was shaking, her back arched, her fingers digging into his shoulders. “I’m losing it, Mike. I’m coming.”

“Come, baby. Give me what I want. Milk my cock with your ass.”

Mike started pounding into her with short, shallow thrusts and she gave herself to the pleasure. In the midst of her orgasm, he withdrew from her ass, yanked the condom out and buried himself deep inside her also convulsing pussy, finding his own release and throwing her even higher.

Afterward he brought her to his bed.

She was almost asleep when he kissed her temple. “My baby’s back home,” he whispered, his cock deep inside her core, his hand over her folds.

She smiled. “I’ve been home for a couple of months.”

“No. You’re falling asleep in my arms with my cock deep inside you, soaking wet from my cum. Now you’re home.”

Yeah, she was home.

Chapter Fourteen

Kyra was dancing with her daughter when Mike came home. She saw him from the corner of her eye. Mike was leaning on the doorjamb, arms crossed over his chest. He was smirking.

“Hi, Mike. Come dance with us,” Sam called, turning to him, the Wii remote in the hand she was waving with. As she moved her gaze away from the TV, she didn’t see what was going on. “Shoot. I got lost.”

She started going through the steps faster, trying to catch up, but she wasn’t scoring any points. Kyra slowed down too.

Sam loved playing dancing games on the Wii.

He chuckled. “Dream on, baby girl. I don’t dance with the TV. I don’t play tennis with the TV either.”

Mike didn’t understand them. Not the dancing, not the rowing, not the biking ones. He preferred the real thing. It probably came from growing up in a town with other kids and not on the road or stuck in an apartment in a big city.

As the song came to an end and the points were totaled, Sam pouted.

“We got a great score,” Kyra reminded her. They were not playing against each other but as a team, adding up all the points together. Still, Sam wasn’t satisfied with her result.

“I suck,” she muttered.

“You don’t suck, baby girl. You are just an original dancer,” Mike told her.

Sam didn’t seem too convinced. “Mom is an original dancer, and she rocks.”

“You want to know a secret?” he asked, walking toward the dining table and sitting down on a chair. Sam nodded. “Your mom, when she was a good three, four years older than you are now, used to be a horrible dancer. You would have kicked her ass.”

Kyra turned to her gaping daughter. “Told you.”

She had. She’d told her again and again that one grew into her full potential. Her daughter was too impatient.

“She sucked when she was little? Really?”

“Totally. She was always humming to a tune no one else heard. And she had a thing for break dancing. Not good.”

Kyra gave him a jab, but when she tried to escape, he grabbed her and sat her on his lap, shutting her up with a kiss. She circled his neck with her arms, her Wii remote hanging from her wrist, and kissed him back.

“Maybe I could dance with you,” Sam proposed to Mike, handing him one of the Wii remotes.

“Nope.”

“Come on,” Kyra prompted with a grin. “Show us your moves.”

The honk of a car interrupted them. It was Wilma, coming to pick up Sam. Greta, Wilma, and Sam were going to Rebecca’s for the afternoon.

Her cell rang. Without looking at the number, she answered and didn’t get a word in before the shouting began.

“You fucking cunt. You bitch. How dare you take all—”

Drake.

She slid the phone closed and glanced at Mike. Yeah, no chance in hell he hadn’t heard that. Or her daughter, for that matter.

“Mommy?” Sam asked, sounding worried and pulling at her shirt. “Who was that?”

Kyra plastered a big fake smile on her face and tried to swing it. “Wrong number, sweetie. Don’t worry. Hurry up. We don’t want to keep Wilma waiting.” And she pushed her daughter toward the door.

“Okay,” Sam said.

After seeing her leave, Kyra cleared her throat and smiled again. “Let’s go out to supper? My treat.”

“What the fuck was that, Kyra?”

Although Mike’s stare was almost impossible to withstand, she held it.

“It looks like Drake has made it to our old place in New York.”

She and Angie had been there taking everything that belonged to her. Some things she took with her, but most of the stuff she left in Angie’s garage. Probably half of it was junk, but it was her junk, and she wasn’t leaving it for him to dispose of freely.

“What do you mean?” There was a wary sound in Mike’s voice, like he was trying very hard to remain calm.

“I went to pick up my stuff.”

“Your shopping trip to New York with Angie last week? The day of James’s wedding?”

Kyra nodded.

He ran his hand over his hair and grabbed his nape. “So that’s where the Wii and the other stuff came from.”

Kyra didn’t answer. She’d told him they were from New York. And they were. He’d just assumed she’d bought them there.

And then it happened. He exploded. “You fucking nuts? What if he had been there?”

Kyra stiffened. “He wasn’t.” She had made sure of it. She’d contacted the building’s superintendent. Drake had asked that his mail be held while he was going to be out of town. “I didn’t care so much about my things, but Sam’s stuff was there. Her toys. Her books. Her movies. The frigging Wii she loves to play. He didn’t have any right to keep those.”

“Then you should have called him and asked him to ship them, not lie to me, go alone, and risk having him there and getting hurt!”

“Ha! You don’t know Drake. If I’d asked for those things, he would have given them away to charity just to spite me. He’s taken enough from me. And I don’t fear him.” Which was a big fat lie. She did fear him, but she wasn’t going to let him intimidate her.

“Then you’re stupid,” Mike stated.

Kyra stilled. “What did you call me?”

“I asked around. I spoke to Frank Zaba.”

“You spoke to the detective who arrested me?”

“Of course I did. Or what? You tell me you ended up in jail because of your loser of a husband and you expected me not to do anything? Of course I had Drake checked up. I spoke with the detectives who have the case.”

“You had no right.”

“I had all the right. Drake is bad news. Involved with very shady people. Extremely dangerous. Not to fear him is to be stupid. Risking seeing him without any backup and lying to me is plain stupid.”

Well, it might not have been one of her brightest moments, but no way in hell was she admitting that to Mike.

“I’ve been taking care of myself for seven years. I don’t need you protecting me. I can manage stuff all on my own. And I do not need to ask permission from you. Never have.” Those last words left her mouth before she could stop herself.

The flinch on his face lasted for a second, and then his expression went blank. “Yeah, I see how well you’ve been taking care of yourself these past years. You can’t breathe in the dark, married an ass. You’re broke and went to jail for something you didn’t do. Way to go. Great decision-making skills. I congratulate you.”

Kyra was seeing red. Asshole. “I did the best I could. And you bailed out on me, so you don’t get to come now to bad-mouth my choices. Get down from your high horse. I didn’t tell you I was going to New York to pick up my stuff because you would have taken over and it didn’t involve you. My kid. My stuff. My ex. My stupidity,” she pressed her point. “Wouldn’t want to impose that on you.”

“It was dangerous!” he all but shouted.

“It wasn’t,” she shouted back. “Josh was there to help.”

His voice was barely audible. “Josh was there to help?”

Damn her big mouth!

Mike silent was actually scarier than yelling. “You told Josh.”

“He lives in New York. He just—”

Mike growled and, lifting his hands, turned around and stormed out.

Kyra crawled into the rocking chair that Mike had brought back some days ago. Since then, she’d been on it several times. All of them with Mike. She hugged her legs, placing her chin on her knees. She’d known this was going to happen, and that was why she’d kept her little trip to herself. And why, except Sam’s toys and movies, most of the things they took back had stayed in Angie’s garage instead of coming home with her. She knew he would have wanted to talk her out of going, would have taken over. His way. It was always his way.

Mentioning Josh had been the last straw, but they’d been heading for that wall since word one after Drake’s call. It had happened again. The whole conversation had gotten out of control. Throwing old hurts in each other’s faces. Not really communicating or finding common ground.
