As soon as Esme got up to leave, Cindy wasted no time in crawling into my lap. She started kissing me and I was kissing her back, after a few seconds she pulled away. “What was she doing here with you?” She asked.

“She couldn’t get to the bar so I offered her a drink here, I noticed her from the concert tonight.” I said shrugging my shoulders.

“You shouldn’t be bringing other girls up here!” She yelled at me.

“What?” I asked surprised “We were only having a drink.”

“She probably thought she was getting lucky with the lead singer in a rock band!” She screamed at me.

“Oh, come on, she didn’t seem like that at all.” Cindy threw her arms in the air and stormed away.
I shook my head; there was always some drama with her. I found myself thinking about Esme and thinking why couldn’t Cindy be a bit more like her? Esme came across sensitive to other people, kind and gentle. She seemed different to the other girls that normally came to our concerts. She wasn’t throwing herself at me or trying to get my attention.

I made my way over to the VIP bar where Rick and Will were standing having a beer. I nodded at the bar maid and she brought me over a Jack and Coke; it was what I had been drinking all night.

“Where’s Cindy?” Will asked me.

I just shrugged my shoulders and said “She got testy with me again and stormed off.” They were used to her attitude, so they weren’t surprised by what I was saying.

“What did you do now, dude?” Rick asked as he slapped me on the back.

I shook my head and told them about Esme, and how Cindy was overreacting.

“I haven’t seen Frank much tonight... You guys seen him?” I asked the guys, scanning the bar area for Frank.

“He wandered off a little while ago, didn’t see where he went.” Rick told us.

I decided to go and find Cindy; I was done for the night, I just wanted some alone time with her. I was stopped in my tracks by our manager who was leading a group of guys and girls into the VIP area; they were asking for autographs, so we all started chatting away and signing various things, including napkins, t-shirts and body parts. All part of the job when you were in a rock band, Cindy would just have to wait.

I was surprised to see Cindy being pinned up against the wall by someone who wasn’t Jackson. I couldn’t really see the guy very well as he was glued to Cindy’s face, and it was dark in the secluded corner they were in.

I shouldn’t have still been stood there, but I couldn’t seem to move away either, my feet were glued to the spot.

“Oh, yes, Frank, you make me feel so good. Now, fuck me. Quick, before Jackson realises I’ve gone.” Cindy panted.

Frank? I thought to myself, wasn’t he the lead guitarist of the band? No, it couldn’t be, surely he wouldn’t be having sex with Cindy. Oh, poor Jackson. He seemed like such a nice guy.

“Grab it and rub it Cindy” Frank demanded.

I saw her unzip his jeans. She then dropped to her knees and began sucking him, he had hold of her head and was pounding into her mouth. I really should have left but I just couldn’t, I’d never seen anything like this, only read about it in my books.

“Fuck, Cindy, stop, I want to come inside you.” He demanded as he grabbed her by the shoulders. He pushed her skirt up her waist roughly, lifted her off her feet, pushed her against the wall and plunged into her.

“YES!” She screamed.

They both started moaning; it was definitely Frank, from Flix, but I couldn’t stand around and watch anymore. I felt sad for Jackson. Did he know that Cindy was sleeping around? Surely he wouldn’t put up with that? He could have any girl he wanted. I turned and walked away before either of them saw me, wondering if I should tell someone what I’d seen.

Chapter 4

I booked me and Cindy into a hotel for the night so we could have some privacy.
"Oh, Jackson, it’s lovely!" Cindy exclaimed, with happiness in her voice.

"Just the best for you, my love." I replied.

I pulled Cindy in close to me, cupped her face in my hands and kissed her gently but passionately. She moaned as I pushed her into the wall. She jumped up into my arms and I grabbed her backside to hold her steady. She started rubbing her sweet spot against my raging hard-on, I groaned, tore her strappy top off of her, pulled her bra down and sucked a nipple into my mouth. She began panting and squirming. I backed away, she dropped her legs to the floor and I dragged her to the bed.

"Strip." I said in a low sultry voice, as I lowered myself to sit on the bed.

She stood in front of me, reached behind her back and unclipped her bra and let it fall to the floor. She unbuttoned her skirt and slowly pulled it down along with her panties, teasing me with what I wanted underneath so badly. Finally, she was standing naked in front of me, I grabbed her and threw her on the bed and she squealed and giggled. I stripped off my clothes and crawled towards her on the bed, I spread her legs wide.

"I want a taste." I said to her and she bit into her bottom lip. I ran my tongue up the inside of her thigh, and all I could smell was her arousal; it made me crazy and I couldn't resist any longer. I ran my nose and my tongue over her clit and she bucked against me. I could never get enough of her taste; it was addictive. She was moaning and pleading with me to make her come, so I plunged my tongue inside her and she screamed and shattered beneath me. As she was coming down from the pleasure, I grabbed a condom, slid it on and slammed right into her.

"Oh, God..." I moaned, as she met me thrust for thrust.

"Harder, baby, harder!" She panted.

I withdrew from her flipped her over, pulled her hips up towards me and thrust back into her, making her scream and beg for more. I was braced behind her, I was close to finishing so I reached around her and started rubbing her clit.

"Yes, baby, yes! More, more!" She struggled for breath. I slammed into her harder than ever before, she gripped the sheet in her fists.

"Yes, Cindy, yes!" I shouted out loud as I held her still. I could feel her pulsing around me, milking me. She fell on the bed and I fell on top of her, exhausted.

Chapter 5

Esmeralda

It was Friday night, time for work. I really needed this job, so when Paul offered me bar work at The Archer I jumped at the chance. It wasn’t far from home, the tips were great and they had loads of live music, which meant my shifts would fly by.

“I still can’t believe you work here.” Marcy said to me while I poured her a drink.

“Why can’t you?” I asked.

“You barely take your head out of a book long enough to leave the house, let alone get a job in the coolest bar in town.” She laughed.

“I like it, it pays well, and there is a new band playing tonight.” I told her.

Marcy jumped up and down excited and then wandered off.

It was a busy night, and the roadies on the stage were starting to set up, I guessed it must be for the new band everyone was here to see. Then I heard someone call my name;

“Esme!” I turned around and saw Jackson standing at the bar, smiling that gorgeous smile of his.

“Hi, what can I get you?” I asked, assuming he wanted a drink.

“Jack and Coke, please.” He asked.
I nodded and turned to get his drink, he reached out and grabbed my arm and said;
“And whatever you’re having.”

“Thanks.” I said smiling shyly, guys never bought me drinks, but I liked it. I handed him his drink and asked,
“What’re you doing here? No gigs tonight? No Cindy?”

“Ah, she is here somewhere... Our band is up next.” He told me.

“Looking forward to it. Let me know if you need anything else.” I told him. I was looking forward to it; they were a good group and I liked their songs, a lot better than I first thought. I was slowly becoming a fan.

He walked away and I enjoyed looking at him; that butt of his was delicious. ‘Esmeralda,’ I thought to myself, ‘stop thinking like that.’ I never looked at guys that way and they never sought me out. I was too shy for guys to want me, hence why I was still a virgin. I felt intrigued because I’d only met him a couple times, but whenever I saw him I got butterflies in my stomach.

Jackson

I didn’t realise Esme worked at The Archer. I didn’t know what I was feeling for this girl, but she was lovely and seemed genuine. I honestly would have liked to get to know her better, as friends of course. Cindy was the love of my life, and I didn’t want to ruin that.

It felt like a long night, I’d hardly had any time to spend with Cindy, in fact I’d hardly seen her. We had just finished our last song and all I wanted was a drink and a kiss from my girl.

I made my way back to the bar and found myself heading towards Esme, she was sat on a stool behind the bar, she looked like she had music paper in front of her.

“Hey, what you doing?” I asked her.

“Oh my God! You made me jump, sorry, I’m just messing about with some stuff, what can I get you?” She asked standing up.

“Bottle of water, please. You write music?” I asked, I was very intrigued.

“Uh, not really. Just messing around with some words.”

I felt a slap on my back and I turned to see Rick, our bass player standing behind me.

“Hey dude, you been hiding this beauty from us?” Rick asked, giving Esme a big smile.

“Rick, this is Esme.” I said, pointing to Esme across the bar.

“Hi.” She said shyly.

“Hey, gorgeous, can I get a bottle of water... And a date?”

Esmeralda

A date? Rick has asked me on a date? I must have been dreaming, why would this guy be asking me out? He must have been doing it for a dare or something.

“Uh, Esme?” I heard Rick ask.

“Oh, not sure really... Why?” I asked, a little confused still.

“Why? Because you’re gorgeous and I would like to take you out. Maybe tomorrow night?”

“Um, ok, sure. I finish at ten.” I told him.

“Great, I will pick you up.” Rick said smiling, then he turned and walked away.

I looked back over to Jackson and he was frowning. I wondered what was up with him.
Then he walked away, without saying goodbye.

Jackson

What was wrong with me? Why was I feeling jealous? I shouldn’t have been feeling like this, I had Cindy. Maybe I was feeling protective, Esme seemed sweet and innocent and I didn’t want her to get hurt.

“Hey, man, how come you asked out the waitress?” I asked Rick.

“Seriously? You’re really asking that? She is all innocent and gorgeous, definitely want to get me some of that.” He said, with his hand in the air waiting for a high five. Which he didn’t get.

“You can get any girl you want, why her?” I heard Cindy ask, almost with disgust in her voice, as she approached us.

“Why not?” Was all he replied.

We packed our stuff up, and started to head out; I didn’t look in Esme’s direction again. I wasn’t sure what I was feeling and why. I needed to get her out of my head.

“Come on, baby, let’s get home, so I can do all sorts of dirty things to you.” I whispered to Cindy. I had a sexy girl with a hot pussy; I didn’t need to be thinking about anyone else.

“See you tomorrow babe.” I heard Rick shout out towards the bar.

Chapter 6

Esmeralda

I have a date tonight
I texted Marcy, Danni and Kate. Within seconds my phone was beeping again.

WTF? Who with?!
Was the response I got back from Marcy.

Oh my god, seriously?
  Danni sent.

About time, too!
  Kate sent,

I replied to all three of them;

Lunch at mine. 12.30 x

I was feeling nervous about my date tonight; I’d never been on a date before and didn’t really know what to expect. I’d decided to go and get my outfit ready and sort out what I was going to cook the girls for lunch when my phone rang.

“Hi, how are you?” I asked, as I answered the phone happily.

“Esme, why haven’t you called me?” He asked.

“I’ve been busy, I got a job...” I started to tell him, when he cut me off.

“Where are you working?”

“Well, if you would let me finish, I was just about to tell you... I got a job at The Archer.”

“What? The Archer? Why are you working there? That’s not the best place for you to be working, do you need money? I can send you money.”

“No, Jon, I’m fine, I like working there, it’s fun, and they have live music and it’s good money.” I tried to explain to him.

“I don’t like it, Esme, the next thing you will be telling me is that you have a boyfriend.” He said as he laughed to himself.

“Well...” I started to say.

“Seriously? You have a boyfriend now?” He asked.

“No, not exactly...” He interrupted me again

“Oh no, Esme, please don’t tell me you have a fuck buddy?”

I flinched as he said it and said to him in a high pitched voice “Jonathan, eeew, no.”
I carried on with “I have a date tonight.”

“Oh, ok. Who is he?”

“His name is Rick and he is the bass player in a band.”

“What? No, no, Esme. You are not going out with someone who is in a band.”

“Well, yes I am. This evening. I’m not a child; I can do what I like.” I told him as I put my hand on my hip, even though he couldn’t see me.

“I’m only looking out for you, you’re my baby sister... Mum and Dad wouldn’t be happy if I let anything happen to you. Speaking of which, I went and put some flowers on their graves yesterday.”

“Oh...” I didn’t like talking about my Mum and Dad’s death, so I just changed the subject quickly and said; “Hey, I got to go, the girls are coming for lunch and they are just arriving. Speak to you soon, love you.”

“Love you, too - be safe. Bye.”

I hung up the phone and started preparing lunch.

The girls turned up for lunch an hour later, they all hounded me for information, so I told them what I knew, which wasn’t much when it came to Rick. All I really knew was that he played bass and is friends with Jackson.

“Where’s he taking you?” Marcy asked

“I’m not sure; he’s picking me up when I finish my shift at The Archer.”

“Oh, maybe he’s taking you straight back to his place and getting straight down to business.” Marcy giggled and the other two burst into fits of laughter as I blushed furiously.

“Marcy!” I exclaimed.

“Oh, come on girls, don’t be so mean, this is her first date and you are terrifying her.” Danni giggled, patting my hand. “I’m sure that’s not what he’s got in mind; he has girls throwing themselves at him every night. If that’s what he wanted, he wouldn’t bother taking you on a date.”

“Does he have any cute friends?” Kate winked at me.

“Have you seen the rest of Flix, Kate? They are HOT.” Marcy cut in. “Though you have done well, Esme, you’ve snagged the hottest guy in the band.”

“Oh, I dunno, I quite like Will, the drummer, I’ve always fancied a guy with good rhythm.” Danni confessed.

“Personally, I prefer them a bit rough and ready. So Will and Frank would be my choice.” Kate giggled.

“While we’re all being so honest, I think Jackson is the best looking.” I quietly admitted.

“Yeah, but have you seen his skank of a girlfriend, I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of her.” Danni said.

“Well, she is probably shagging the entire band anyway... Except for Rick, of course.” Marcy said.

“Funny you should say that, I think I may have caught her and Frank in a compromising position the other night...” I told them.

“Well, no surprise there, she looks like she has been around the block more times than me.” Laughed Marcy.

Kate chipped in; “And that’s saying something!” Marcy threw a cushion at her and said;

“Bitch!”

“Right girls, as lovely as this is, I need to get ready for work.” I started clearing the plates away and the girls got up to leave. I promised them we would meet up soon so I could fill them in on everything.

***

It was quite a busy shift and it was nearly ten o’clock. Rick was picking me up from here after my shift, I’d brought a change of clothes to work with me, so I didn’t have to go in the black jeans and The Archer work t-shirt I had on. I’d started to feel a little nervous; I’d never been on a date before.

“Hey, babe.” I heard behind me, I spun around and saw Rick standing there looking very handsome. He held out a bunch of tulips for me.

“Hi, thanks, they are beautiful. I will just get changed and then I will be ready, do you want a drink?” I asked.

“Yeah, jack and coke please.” I grabbed his drink for him, left the bar area and went to the back room to get ready for the date.

I’d decided not to get too dressed up for him; I didn’t want to give him the wrong impression. I had decided to wear dark blue skinny jeans and a red shirt with a black vest top underneath so I could wear it partly open. I let my hair down and put on my knee high boots just to give me a little height. I sprayed on some perfume, and then I went to meet him. I walked out from the back room to the bar and noticed I got a few stares from men. I walked over to Rick. “You ready? You look beautiful.” Rick smiled a dazzling smile at me.

“Thanks. Yeah, let’s go.” I looked down at my feet as I didn’t want him to see me blushing; I wasn’t used to receiving compliments.

“Where’re we going?” I asked.

He smiled at me as we headed towards his car. “Thought we would go to Luigi’s, as they are open till late. Is that ok? Do you like pizza?” He asked.

“Yep, love pizza.” I smiled back to him.

He opened the car door for me and I got in. We travelled just a little way for the pizza place, just talking about the weather and work.

“Have you ever been here?” He asked.
I shook my head.
“Let's go in, I will get your door.”

He opened my door for me offering his hand to help. I took it and got out of the car and removed my hand from his quite quickly, I felt like things were moving too fast; first with the flowers and then with him wanting to hold my hand. Though, what did I know? This could have been normal, I’d never been on a date before.
We walked in to the pizzeria and we were seated in a booth in the back.

“Thank you so much for agreeing to go on a date with me, I have wanted to ask you since the first moment I saw you last night, before going on stage.” He said as he reached over and touched my hand again.

I blushed at the contact. “Thank you for the lovely flowers you bought me.” I paused as I wasn’t really sure what to say, I continued with; “I’ve never been brought flowers before.”

“A pretty thing like you? That's unreal.” He said as the waitress arrived with a couple of menus and asked for our drink order. I was relieved she came at that moment; he was not coming across well. When he called me a pretty little thing, I felt myself squirming in my seat and felt uncomfortable.

“Thanks, can I just get water, please?” I asked.

“I will have a beer. So, are you enjoying working at the bar?”

“Yeah, I love it, especially all the music I get to hear. Do you enjoy performing there?” I was relieved he had changed the subject.

“Yeah, it’s in my blood. I can’t imagine doing anything else.” He seemed to relax when he started talking about music, and he wasn’t so full on. He carried on with; “A bit more time to date would be nice though.” Just as he said that I noticed he winked at me.

“Oh? You don’t date much? Surely you have girls throwing themselves at you?”

“Well, not really...” He paused, swallowed and looked down, like as if I’d hit a nerve or said something wrong. “Most girls tend to go for the front man...They tend to talk to me just to get to Jackson...”

“Oh… How long have you known Jackson?” I asked, interested in knowing more about their lead singer.

“We were at primary school together, so seventeen years I guess. He is like a brother to me... But at times I can’t help feeling a bit jealous...”

“But surely, he doesn’t get all the attention; as everyone knows he has Cindy?”

“Yeah, he has Cindy, but that doesn’t stop the girls from trying their luck. Some girls can be quite pushy.” He told me. I liked how honest he was being with me.

“Oh, really? He would never cheat on her though? Right?”

“No, he is a good guy... Amazing in fact- not sure I would be able to turn down some of the girls that throw themselves at him. You should see them... Sorry, that's really rude. Obviously, none of them are as pretty as you.”

“What about Cindy then? Is she devoted to him? Or does she get lots of attention too?” I asked digging for dirt. I wondered if he knew that Cindy had cheated on Jackson with Frank the other night.

He looked away, unable to make eye contact with me. “She has been on the scene for a long time, I think she loves the lifestyle more than Jax... I think he can do a lot better, but I can’t tell him that. He’s like a brother to me.”

“Oh, if he is like a brother to you, don’t you think he would want to know if she wasn't in it for the right reasons?”

“He is so wrapped up in her. I don’t think he would believe me. I wouldn’t want to fall out with him. Maybe, one day, he will see it for himself... I'm not saying she has definitely done anything; I just have my suspicions that she isn’t all sweet and innocent. She sure spends a lot of time with the other guys in Flix.”

“Sorry... Let’s talk about you, what made you want to be a musician?” I asked trying to change the subject; I shouldn’t be on a date with him and ask about other guys.

“My family were all very musical; my dad struggled his whole life to make it big. I guess I want to succeed where he failed. What about you, any life-long dreams? Ambitions?”

The waitress then came to the table and asked if we were ready to order.

“Let’s order, I think I’m going to have a meat feast and potato wedges. What do you want? Or shall we go big and share?” I asked, hoping I didn’t come across as being greedy.

“Sounds good to me- I love a girl who loves her food. Can’t bear those girls who order a salad.” Rick then told the waitress what we wanted and she said it wouldn’t be too long.

“So, ambitions? Dreams?.. Let me guess... To meet and fall in love with a bass player, and live happily ever after?” He chuckled to himself.

“To meet and fall in love with the right guy would be great, but I'm very shy and don't date a lot.” I said, quietly.

“Really? So no crazy ex's lurking in the background?” He asked, just as the pizza and wedges arrived.

I laughed. “No, no crazy ex. This looks yummy, I'm starving.”

“Me too. I rarely get to sit and enjoy good food and good company. Always rehearsing and gigging. What kind of music are you into?”

“I like all music really, you should see my iPod, full of ranges of music from r & b to heavy metal.“ I told him, shrugging my shoulders.

“And a bit of Flix too, I hope?”

“Yeah, I may have to add them to it.” I said as I giggled.

“Ha-ha, playing it cool- I like it. So what does a beautiful girl like you do when she isn’t working at The Archer?”

“I like to read, hang out with my friends. Occasionally, they drag me to a club, which I'm not always keen on, but I do like to dance.”

“I miss clubbing... Maybe I could tag along with you and the girls if I ever get a night when I’m not gigging? I’ve seen you dancing at work, you can move...” He winked at me again; I started thinking he may have a twitch going on.

“Thanks, sometimes I just get caught up in the music... That pizza was lovely. Dessert?” I asked, eyebrows raised.

“I’m stuffed, but don’t let me stop you.”

“Oh, maybe I will just have some chocolate cake. Love dessert.” I told him, hoping I wasn’t looking like a pig.
He called the waitress over and ordered me dessert.

“So, did Jax tell you we are going on tour at the end of the summer?”

“No, I didn't know that. For how long?” I asked.

“Three months at the moment, though we still have bookings coming in. I can’t wait.” He sounded very excited.

“Wow, that will be so great for you.” I said.
