Courtland Rogers - the former roofer and childhood friend who took Jenelle Evans
as his bride in December 2012 - just couldn't ring in the new year without lobbing one last zinger at her trouble-prone ex. "Just leave me and my WIFE ... Mrs. Rogers alone," he tweeted to Kieffer Delp during Christmas week, implying - in a not so subtle way - that Jenelle nearly died after he introduced her to hardcore drugs.

"Wait till they see this next season on how u did jenelle and got her hooked on heroin ... she almost died cuz of u dumbass," Courtland wrote. “U got jenelle strung out and then u bailed on her when she needed u most! And everyone thinks u are the good guy! This is sad." [sic]

Kieffer is no stranger to drama - especially when Jenelle is in the mix. One of three sons born to Vickie Delp-Ham of Carney's Point, New Jersey, he essentially drifted from couch to couch before hooking up with the young mom at a party in 2010. Their sometimes toxic relationship drove a wedge between Jenelle and her mom, Barbara, after the teen troublemakers swiped her credit cards and took off for a weekend of pot-fueled hijinks during the first season on
Teen Mom 2
.

After countless breakups, makeups and run-ins with the law, Kieffer and Jenelle eventually turned on each other. In 2012, Kieffer leaked nude photos of Jenelle on the web and threatened to release a homemade sex tape. Jenelle, meanwhile, sold his woodworking tools to a pawn shop, and in throwing what may be the most shocking punch, appeared to reveal Kieffer's biggest secret to her more than 700,000 followers on
Twitter
. “Ask Kieffer where his son is,” she posted in October. His online response: “I'm not talking about my son on Twitter.”

As of March 2013, Kieffer was living back in New Jersey, and dating single mom Tabatha Shaw. He continues to tweet freely, even getting in a jab at Courtland when Jenelle appeared to go AWOL in the middle of the night: “She used to do that to me too,” he wrote, “sucks to have a sh*tty disloyal gf #usedtofeelyurpain.”

October 15, 2010:
Jenelle and Kieffer are popped for breaking and entering, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kieffer's charges are eventually dropped, while Jenelle gets probation for the possession charges.

June 16, 2011:
Kieffer lands in police custody (again) after punching out one of Jenelle's former pals - and her male companion - in a fracas outside a North Carolina convenience store. According to the official police report, Kieffer left the unlucky dude “bleeding heavily” from the smack down. The hoodie-sporting bad boy quickly fled the scene but turned himself in a week later. He was charged with simple assault and assault on a female. Jenelle, meanwhile, took to Facebook to clear his name. “He didn't touch that girl,” she wrote. “[but she] was the crazy fan who attacked me.”

August 30, 2011:
Kieffer is arrested in Baltimore on five different misdemeanor drug charges. All totaled, he faces a possible 12 years in prison and $77,000 in fines, per the Maryland State Commission on Criminal Sentencing Policy, but ends up getting released from Anne Arundel Correction Detention Center on November 1.

November 12, 2011:
Oak Island (North Carolina) Police transport Kieffer to the Brunswick County Jail. The charge this time: seven failures to appear in court. “Mr. Kieffer Delp called the police department and wished to turn himself in for a warrant he was aware of,” the arresting officer wrote in his official report. “Mr. Delp met me in the driveway [and] was polite and cooperative.”

March 31, 2012:
Kieffer proves once again that he has an appetite - for trouble! In one of the juiciest
Teen Mom
arrests yet, he is caught red-handed trying to swipe a prime pair of steaks from a Food Lion supermarket in Oak Island. RadarOnline reports that Kieffer was issued a citation - which he refused to sign - and was required to appear in court the following month.

October 4, 2012:
A night of partying eventually turns sour when the serial lawbreaker is pulled over for running a stop sign. New Jersey cops find an open container of alcohol in the passenger seat and discover that Kieffer was driving on a revoked license. He is promptly hauled to the Brunswick County Jail. “Showering the county smell off for the LAST time,” he tweeted the following afternoon. Jenelle, happy to rub salt in the wound, shared the news of her ex-boyfriend's arrest on Facebook: “Well this just adds to the charges on his record as a felon and adds to the warrants that he has in North Carolina which is a count of three! He also missed his court date pressing charges on my mom and stepdad and missed another court date for a driving while license suspended charge! Wowww, never seen a man in so much trouble!”

baby daddies - was sentenced to 180 days in Minnehaha County (South Dakota) jail on March 27, 2013 after pleading guilty to his third drunk driving charge in a year. The father of
Chelsea
's adorable daughter,
Aubree Skye
, has been behind bars five times since 2010 and racked up more legal problems than anyone else in the show's history.

Adam's fate could actually have been much worse. He was also given two years in the State Penitentiary, with the entire time suspended. 60 days of this sentence - to be served in the Minnehaha County Jail - were also suspended. With credit for two days served he will only be on the hook for 118 days. Adam will also be allowed to leave the lockup for work.

“I got all those DUIs after I turned 21,” he revealed at a sentencing for another drunk driving charge just two weeks earlier. “It was just a little fling. I thought I could drive and get away with it. I just kept doing it. Now I realize I can't do it anymore. It's got to stop.”

The hammer could not have come down on Adam at a worse time. During a last ditch attempt to keep his client out of the slammer days earlier, public defender
Daniel Haggar
confirmed for the first time in open court that Adam and girlfriend Taylor Halbur are expecting a baby together in August 2013.

“He has a three year-old daughter. He has child support obligations for her. He is caught up, so I think that is to his credit,” Haggar said, confirming that Adam, 22, has been working part time for his father's dry wall business for close to a year. “We see a lot of people who don't take that responsibility seriously. He has and he does. He intends on keeping that current. He also has another child on the way in August so he is feeling pressure on both sides and I think that it is adding up.”

But so were Adam's legal problems. Since 2010, he has been to jail six times and racked up more infractions than anyone else in
Teen Mom
history. Many of his arrests have involved driving without a license or insurance.

Once a star baseball player, Adam was a senior at West Central High School when Chelsea, a junior, discovered she was pregnant in early 2009. Shortly after Aubree's birth, Adam, who seemed to prefer building muscle cars to being a father, became public enemy number one to many viewers for calling his daughter “a mistake” in a nasty text message shown on Chelsea's episode of
16 and Pregnant
. He later admitted to cheating on Chelsea at least five times. The on-off couple got into a heated war on Facebook in early 2010, with Chelsea posting “any boy can make a baby but it takes a MAN to be a daddy” and Adam responding, “takes a girl to have a baby and take care of it but it takes a WOMEN to treat her man good and not be a complete f***ing PHSYCO!” [sic]

His parents, Vern and Donna, have done their best to distance themselves from the drama, refusing to appear on camera for either

. On the rare occasions they are caught on screen in the background, producers are contractually obligated to blur their faces and bleep out their names. But the Lind's haven't been able to keep their son out of legal trouble.

While Adam's March D.U.I. arrests made national headlines, he managed to keep 25 other legal infractions - from obstruction of an officer to burglary and possession of artificial night vision - well hidden. Until now. We contacted the South Dakota Unified Judicial System and found out more. Here, in chronological order, is a list of Adam's run-ins with the law beginning in mid-2007.

1. Reckless Driving (Offense Date: 05/31/07)

10/03/07: Pled guilty. Sentenced to 20 days in jail, but all 20 days are suspended. Required to pay fines and fees of $544.00

2. Failure to Renew Vehicle Registration (10/23/07)

11/06/07: Didn't show up for his scheduled court date.

11/09/07: A bench warrant is issued for his arrest after he failed to show in court.

11/16/07: Pled guilty. Paid fines and fees of $114.00

3. Speeding (06/18/08)

Adam was clocked going 89 mph in a 55 mph zone just after 2:00 AM. That violated the terms of his previous Exhibition Driving run-in from 2007.

07/02/08: Did not show for his scheduled court date.

08/06/08: Pled guilty. License suspended. Paid fines and fees of $204.00.

4. Driving Without a Motorcycle License / Driving Without Eye Protection (02/14/09)

03/02/09: Failed to appear for his scheduled court date.

03/10/09: Pled guilty to both charges. Paid fines and court fees of $124.00.

5. Speeding (05/04/09)

Adam was raising hell on his motorcycle once again.

05/14/09: Pled guilty. Paid fines of $110.00.

6. Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility - Insurance (06/01/09)

06/15/09: Failed to appear for scheduled court date.

06/19/09: A bench warrant is issued for his arrest

06/22/09: Charge is dismissed.

7. Failure to Report an Accident to Police (07/01/09)

Adam got into a car accident and didn't bother to tell police.

07/24/09: No plea entered. Charge dismissed.

8. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor (07/11/09)

07/24/09: Pled guilty. Charge dismissed.

9. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor (08/16/09)

A month after skating through his first alcohol-related offense, 18-year-old Adam was once again caught with booze.

08/31/09: Pled guilty. Sentenced to 15 days in jail. License suspended 60 days. Ordered to pay $150 in court fines and fees.

All 15 days are suspended provided there are no similar offenses for one year.

10/15/09: After violating the terms of his suspension, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

This time he had his license suspended for 60 days and was sentenced to 15 days in jail; however he did not spend time behind bars, on the condition that he did not reoffend for one year.

10. Making Unreasonable Noise (09/08/09)

09/22/09: Didn't show up for scheduled court date

09/28/09: A bench warrant is issued for his arrest

10/15/09: Pled guilty and paid fines

11. Driving on a Restricted License (09/10/09)

Just three days after his daughter Aubree's birth, Adam ran afoul of the law again, this time after getting caught driving while his license was restricted.

09/30/09: Failed to show up for schedule court date

10/07/09: A bench warrant is issued for his arrest

12/17/09: Pled guilty. Paid fines and fees of $105.00

12. Driving Without a License (11/03/09)

11/07/09: Pled not guilty.

12/17/09: Changed plea to guilty. Paid fines and court fees.

13. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor / Obstruction of an Officer (05/08/10)

5/26/10: Pled not guilty to alcohol charge. (It was later dismissed.)

06/09/10: Pled guilty to obstruction charge. Sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Adam's 30 days in lockup were suspended, provided he pay court fees and not have any
similar offenses for two years.

14. Careless Driving/ Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility-Insurance (08/17/10)

08/31/10: Pled guilty to both crimes. Sentenced to 10 days in jail.
