INGREDIENTS

½ coconut and all of its water

1 banana, peeled

½ lime, juiced

1-inch piece fresh vanilla

2 oranges, juiced

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may strain this for a smoother texture or drink it as is. If you have a juicer, juice the coconut and banana, and add the juice to the mixture. Add as much pulp back as you like for the consistency you desire.

1 pound fresh cranberries

1 red beet

6 pounds apples

1 head celery

½ lemon, including peel

DIRECTIONS

Put all the ingredients through a juicer in batches. Mix well and serve in several large pitchers.

1 cucumber

1 teaspoon lemon peel

3 apples, cored

DIRECTIONS

Juice all of the ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

1 organic apple, cored and chopped

1 handful of your favorite organic greens

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 ripe Haas avocado

pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Blend the apple with the greens, ginger, avocado, sea salt, and ½ cup water. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with your favorite sprouts, a spoonful of seed cheese and a handful of dulse or nori flakes. If you want something more filling, serve with dehydrated crackers (see
chapter 5
).

1 cup kale or Savoy cabbage, tightly packed

4 pears, peeled and cored

4 stalks celery

DIRECTIONS

Juice all of the ingredients and mix well.
