Megan pulled back. “What was that? What does that mean?”

“It means you,” Jaycee stuck her finger in Megan’s face, “are the damn Fairy!”

    ...
Needless to say, that didn’t go over very well with Jaycee or Megan. But now we know why Mikah was after Megan. If he could have turned her evil, he would have almost ensured a win for the Triune. Going after The Fairy was a smart choice. Z had said that The Fairy’s magic was dormant. Mikah knew she would be the best bet in not realizing she had any powers. And OMG Megan, she thinks I have, and I quote,  “lost my ever flipping mind” when I tried to explain who she is and what her role is in all of this. But I got a feeling from her that she will come around. I can’t wait to see what her powers are going to be. We already figured out that she can call on the sparkles, which looked like fireflies on steroids. So, the mystery of where they came from was solved. And I tried to point out to Jaycee that at least now we know why they don’t get along. Because Jaycee comes from MacKenna, who cursed the fairies. And Megan, well Megan is a fairy. Somehow that didn’t help matters any. Being the leader and all, it falls on me to handle it. And I will, just not tonight. Because it’s New Year’s Eve and I have a date with Daniel. Jaycee even conjured up a sexy black dress for me. Let’s just say it would NOT meet school policy. She said it was just a little glimmer and that it won’t hurt anything. She also guaranteed droolage on Daniel’s part. So, of course, I agreed to her doing it. Just this one time. He’ll be here any minute, so I’m done for now. Wish me luck! I promise to write soon and tell you all about it!

“Oganatoga, are you sure it was wise to give the Light’s power to those who already possess so much?”

“It was not for me to decide, MacKenna. They are the chosen ones.”

“Yes, but the youth of this generation is worldly. More so than all the past

combined. I worry they will be led astray.”

“You are Hannah’s guide. Have you sensed as such?”

“Not as of yet. There is, however, a want inside of her to belong. To be a girl without a care.”

“You know as well as I that we don’t always get what we want. Do not fret, MacKenna, they will do what is right. Look how well they handled Mikah. They will only grow stronger once the fifth is found.”

“I wish to have your optimism. There was a change in them after their fight with Mikah. It was small but I felt it. Did you not?”

“I sensed nothing different. I’m sure it was confidence, you felt, building within them. They will be ready when the time comes.”

“And if they are not?”

“Faith, my dear friend, have a little faith. Their journey has just begun.”
