Develop a better memory

Increase your attention

Feel more energy

Sleep better

Get rid of chronic sinus and digestive problems

Eliminate joint pains

Wipe out headaches

Lose weight

Create optimal brain function

You will do this simply by changing your diet, taking a few brain-boosting supplements, and making some lifestyle changes that will not only improve your brain health but will make you feel better physically as well.

I know it’s hard to believe a few simple changes can make such a difference.

So I don’t want you to believe me.

Prove it to yourself.

If you can suspend your disbelief for just six weeks and follow the program I suggest in the following chapters, belief will become irrelevant. You will experience a dramatic change in your health, your mood, and your brain function. This will prove to you that change can happen now! Most of my patients who follow this approach see significant changes within the first two weeks.

If you go through the six-week program and experience no change, then you have lost nothing—except perhaps the chance to have a few cheeseburgers and Cokes.

On the other hand, if you go through the six-week program and experience the changes listed above (including weight loss), you will have gained something extraordinary—a new understanding of your mind and body and the tools and skills to achieve UltraWellness.

What I hope for all of you is that you can experience the connection between your behaviors, your choices, your habits, things you put in your mouth, and how you feel right now.

How can we know that eating wheat, or not liking fish, or eating too much blue fin sushi, or staying out of the sun and using sunblock are making us depressed, anxious, or demented? The only way is to change our habits and pay attention to what happens.

That is what this six-week program is designed to help you do.

Some of the changes you experience will happen almost immediately. If you are gluten-sensitive and you stop eating gluten, within a week your life will change. If you are B

-deficient and you take B
12
, you will improve your mood and brain function in a few weeks.

Other changes may take a little longer to achieve. If you are mercury toxic, then it may take a few years and some hard work to fully recover, but you can regain your health and renew your brain. I did.

Whatever the case, I will guide you to discovering the potential you have for a fully engaged, happy, purposeful, awake, and attentive life step-by-step in Parts III and IV.

In Part III, you will learn the brain essentials! This is just basic maintenance 101: the raw ingredients everyone needs to detoxify, repair, and renew their brain. Everyone reading this book should go on this basic six-week plan, regardless of your circumstances.

In Part IV, you can customize your six-week plan based on how you scored on the quizzes in Part II. If your score indicated a care plan that included “Self-Care” or “Medical Care” in any of the keys, simply add the steps in Part IV for each of those keys to the six-week plan to optimize it for your needs. I will teach you more about how to do this in Part IV.

If your quiz score qualified you for “Medical Care,” you may need the help of a doctor trained in Functional and/or Integrative Medicine to help you navigate the testing and treatment options, particularly in the realm of hormone therapy, gut healing, treating infections, and heavy metal detoxification.

But for most of you, 70 to 80 percent of the benefits from the UltraMind Solution can be reached on your own with a few simple changes in diet, nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle.

Here’s how you do it.
