8 cups pear sauce
3 cups brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Note:
To make pear sauce, peel, core, and slice 12 large pears. Place in slow cooker with ¾ cup water. Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours, or until very soft. Stir to blend.
