It will be THICK so to make it drinkable, add more water ½ cup at a time. Actually I like to eat this one with a spoon, like a pudding dessert.

This mild-flavored smoothie is great with generous helpings of vanilla, spice and mint. Feel free to add extra mint.
The chia gel (if it’s been presoaked in water) ups the ante on the protein amount. You’ll get way more into your system if you blend the chia with the smoothie. Unblended chia gel really gives a great ‘bubble tea’ texture that’s interesting. Actually it’s quite alluring for children!
