BUZZZZZZ!!! BUZZZZZZ!!! BUZZZZZZ!!! Jessica slowly woke up to the sound of her alarm clock going off. She looked at the clock: 7:30 am. She reached over and turned it off, then stretched her arms and legs out. She rolled over to look at Kurt, but she was surprised to see that he wasn't in bed beside her. She yawned and looked around. His clothes were still on the chair by the dresser where he had left them. All that was missing was his underwear. Her clothes were sitting in the laundry baskets for washing, and even her jewelry was put away in her jewelry cases. She smiled as she realized that Kurt had tidied things up while she slept.

She listened quietly and heard Kurt talking to the cat downstairs in the kitchen. She sat up, swung her legs over the side of the bed and padded barefoot to her dresser. She pulled open a drawer and took out her red lace nighty and slipped it on, then she took the matching robe from the hook inside her closet. She went quietly down the stairs, thankful that none of them squeaked as she stepped on them. As she got to the bottom of the stairs, she saw Kurt sitting at the table, a cup of steaming coffee in front of him. Jessica saw Angel sitting on one of the other chairs watching Kurt, meowing back at him as if carrying on a conversation. Jessica heard Kurt ask Angel, "So Angel-kitty, do you think that your beautiful owner is awake and ready for some breakfast yet?"

Angel replied, "Meow-oww." then looked toward the stairs where Jessica was sitting.

Kurt turned and saw Jessica sitting there on the bottom step, elbows on her knees, chin on her clasped hands, watching him dreamily, as she said, "Good morning, handsome. Yes, I am awake and ready for some breakfast, dear. What are you making?" Kurt stood up and she saw that he was wearing only his red boxer shorts, which Jessica thought made him look really sexy. He walked over, took her hand and pulled her to her feet. He pulled her close and kissed her deeply. Jessica could taste the coffee in his mouth and it made her stomach growl loudly. They both heard it, and they laughed.

"I was thinking of whipping up some ham and cheese omelets, toast, juice and coffee, baby. Is that ok? I already checked in the fridge and everything I need is in there. Can I pour you a cup of coffee, honey?" he asked.

"Yes dear, coffee would be good and the omelets sound absolutely delicious! I'm starving!" she replied as Kurt led her to the table and pulled out a chair for her. She sat and Kurt went to the coffee maker and poured coffee into Jessica's favorite mug, a tall red one with a Queen of Hearts playing card painted on it. He added cream, sugar and the vanilla to the coffee and stirred it good before bringing it to Jessica. She tasted it and said, "Yum! Just right, baby! You remembered just how I like my coffee!" He smiled, kissed her, then went to the fridge to take out what he needed for the omelets.

Jessica thought to herself, "I wonder how many other women are having their breakfast made for them by a gorgeous hunk walking around in tight red boxer shorts that really show off his tight ass and delicious package...." Kurt turned around to look at her and caught her staring at him. Her face blushed almost as red as the robe and nighty she was wearing, and Kurt knew she had been checking out his lower body, covered only with his underwear. Just to make her blush more, he lifted one side of the front of his boxers, giving her a peek at his love muscle, which was starting to harden right before her eyes.

Jessica unconsciously licked her lips and Kurt chuckled, then turned back to making the omelets. He cooked both omelets, made the toast, then carried the two plates to the table, placing one in front of Jessica and the other in front of his chair. He went to the cupboard and took out two glasses, then got the jug of juice from the fridge, pouring some into each glass. He sat down after putting the juice on the table and they ate breakfast. "Mmmmm baby, this omelet is delicious!" she told him with a smile.

Kurt smiled back at her and said, "Yes it is, baby. But not as delicious as the taste of your silky soft skin or your honeyed sweetness, my love." She blushed again and Kurt knew that she was remembering last night's fun upstairs.

"I have a surprise for you today, baby." Kurt told her when they finished eating.

Jessica looked up at him and said, "You do?? I wonder what it is."

He smiled and said, "You'll find out soon enough, honey. Now let's get these dishes done, then get dressed if you want your surprise." They washed, dried and put away the dishes, then Jessica went to take a shower. As she was coming out of the bathroom wrapped in just a towel, Kurt said, "Wear jeans, baby. We'll be riding the horses to get to where the surprise is." She nodded and went upstairs, deliberately dropping her towel on the way up, teasing Kurt with a glimpse of her bare bottom and long shapely tanned legs. Kurt laughed then went into the bathroom, took his shower and dried off, not bothering to wrap a towel around his waist.

He went up the stairs naked, since his clothes were in a couple of drawers in Jessica's dresser. When Kurt entered the bedroom, he expected to see her laying on the bed waiting for him. She wasn't. She was just pulling on a pair of black jeans over her black thong underwear. She already had a red shirt with a white horse on it pulled on. He asked her, "What's under that shirt, baby?"

She gave him a sly glance and a wicked little smile and said, "That's a surprise for you, baby." Then she let out a husky laugh as she zipped and buttoned her jeans.

She went to the dresser and took out a pair of socks from the drawer while Kurt opened the other drawers to take out clean underwear and socks, a blue t-shirt and a pair of jeans. Jessica sat on the bed and put on her socks while she watched Kurt get dressed. She was getting excited just watching the rippling muscles move beneath his skin as he dressed. She asked him, "Kurt honey, can you please toss me my hairbrush and a red ponytail holder?" He tossed them to her and she brushed her long hair, then parted it into 3 strands and braided them into a long braid that reached her luscious bottom, wrapping the ponytail holder around the end of the braid.

Kurt finished dressing and took her hand, pulling her close and kissing her deeply when she went to put her brush back on the dresser. She wrapped her arms around him tightly and gave him a big hug. When he broke the kiss, they were both breathless. "I love you so much, Kurt!" she said between gasps of air.

"Oh honey, I love you more than life itself. I'd die for you if I had to, babe. You know that?" he asked her. She nodded and kissed him. Then he took her hand in his and they went downstairs to put on their boots.

Kurt pulled the picnic basket out from under the kitchen counter and took the picnic blanket from the closet after he put on his boots. Jessica looked at him curiously and he said, "The picnic is part of my surprise, baby. I packed it when I came downstairs this morning. And if you look outside by the barn, you will see that the horses are both saddled and ready to go too, baby." She looked out the kitchen window, and sure enough, there were Cajun and Lady, all saddled except for their bridles. They had the saddles on and had lead ropes fastened to their halters. They were both tied to the hitching post and nibbling on the grass around the post.

Jessica smiled and asked him, "When did you do that, honey? When I woke up, your clothes were still on the chair upstairs."

Kurt laughed and said, "Right after I came downstairs, I slid my boots on and went outside in just my boots and underwear, with a couple of carrots in my hand. I had no trouble catching them so I put their saddles on and tied them to the post before coming in and packing the basket and making a pot of coffee."

She smiled, winked at him and said, "Wow, you sure were busy this morning, baby. What time did you wake up?" "Around six, honey. I knew you were going to get up at 7:30 so I wanted everything ready for the surprise before you got up. Are you ready to go, baby?" he asked.

"Yeah I guess so. Do I need any extra clothes or anything?" she asked him. Kurt shook his head "no" then Jessica took Angel's food and water dishes out to the barn and they left the house, Kurt locking the door behind him. Kurt tied the basket and blanket to the back of his saddle while Jessica put Lady's bridle on her. Kurt put on Cajun's bridle too. Jessica was about to take off the lead rope when Kurt stopped her. "We'll need the lead ropes, baby. Leave it on her. Mount up, darling." he said.. They both mounted up on the horses and rode out. When they got to the trail down the road, Kurt stopped the horses.

He handed Jessica a black blindfold, then took Lady's lead rope in his hand and said, "Put the blindfold on baby. I don't want you to see the surprise before I'm ready for you to see it. You'll only need to wear it for about a half hour, honey, so don't be afraid."

Jessica cocked an eyebrow at him and said, "I'm not afraid, Kurt. I'm just very, very curious about the surprise." Then she put on the blindfold.

He said, "Now hold on, honey. I'll walk the horses to the surprise that awaits you, my love." Then Jessica felt the horses start to move and she held tightly to the reins. Every few minutes, Kurt would ask her, "Are you alright, baby?"

Jessica would reply, "Yes dear, I'm fine. Are we there yet?"

He laughed and said, "No baby, not yet."

She felt Lady turn right, onto another trail she had guessed. Kurt said, "Five more minutes baby, then you can take off the blindfold."

She said, "Ok honey." then felt Lady stop.

She heard Kurt dismount and he said, "Stay right there for a couple minutes, baby." She heard him removing the saddle from Cajun, then she heard him lead the horse away a short distance and heard a gate close. Jessica jumped as she felt his hand on her thigh. "Easy baby, it's just me." he said soothingly. He put his hands on her waist and lifted her down after she put her hands on his shoulders. Her body slid slowly down his and she heard him take a deep breath as her lower body slid over his and her feet touched the ground. He kissed her and said, "Stand right here, baby. Don't move until I come to you."

"Ok Kurt." she replied.

Jessica heard the creak of leather as he unsaddled Lady, then hoofbeats as he walked her away. Creeeeeaaakkkkk, gate opening. Hoofbeats, Lady walking. Creeeeaaakkk, gate closing. She heard him walk over and lift the saddles and walk away. A moment later, she heard two thumps as Kurt dropped the saddles on something that sounded like wood. More footsteps on the gravel, then Kurt was taking her hand and leading her. He stopped and said, "Ok honey, take off the blindfold." She took the blindfold off slowly to allow her eyes to adjust to the light. When she could see clearly, she looked and saw the lean-to where they had gone for their second date.

But it wasn't a lean-to anymore. The side that had been open before was now closed in and had a door in front of the steps. Attached to the outside wall was a large wooden box with a lid on it. Jessica walked over and opened the lid to see the saddles and bridles in there. That was the thump sound she had heard. She closed the lid down and went up the three steps and opened the door. Kurt was watching her, smiling. He had purchased this lot from Jessica's neighbor as a birthday surprise for her, but she would find that out soon enough. As Jessica opened the door, she gasped at what she saw. Along the wall at the back was a wide platform bed, about six feet wide and seven feet long, with a queen sized mattress, two large fluffy pillows and several blankets on it.

Kurt was standing in the doorway and said, "There are more blankets, sheets and pillowcases in the drawers beneath the bed, baby." She turned to him and smiled, then continued looking around. In the corner by the foot of the bed was a dresser with four drawers, and candles sitting on top of it. On the wall to Jessica's left, she saw several shelves, loaded with pots & pans, dishes, a coffee can with silverware and utensils in it, and canisters of dry goods like flour and sugar, coffee, rice, and other items, and a bunch of canned foods. Beneath the shelves on the floor was a large trunk. Jessica looked to the right and saw a small table and two chairs with an oil lamp hanging from the ceiling above it.

"Oh Kurt," she said hoarsely, "it's beautiful! Did you do all this for me?"

He smiled and said, "No love, I did it for us."

"But how? When? I don't own this property, Kurt. You can't do stuff like this on someone else's property." she said, slightly upset.

Kurt pulled her close and said, "Calm down honey. First of all, I know you don't own this land. I do. I bought it last week from your neighbor, Mr. Johnston. I paid him a visit and asked him if he wanted to sell it, and he did after I explained why I wanted it. Then I borrowed a couple of his driving horses to haul the lumber out here to do the building to the lean-to and build the platform for the bed and the tack box outside."

"His son, Andy, helped me with it and he drove the horse and cart to bring out the mattress, furniture and bedding for me. I brought the dishes, lamp, candles and foodstuffs out here a couple of days ago while you were at work. I had them in the trunk of my car and Andy met me at your house that day with the horse and cart. We loaded everything into the cart and brought them out here. And if you look in the drawers of the dresser, you will find clothes for both of us, and in the trunk there, is some towels, soap, shampoo and other necessities we might need."

Jessica opened the drawers and saw their clothes, then opened the lid of the trunk and saw the towels and stuff Kurt mentioned. She also saw a shoe box with a ribbon tied on it. She looked at Kurt and he said, "Take it out and open it, honey." She took out the box and closed the lid on the trunk. She carried the box to the table, sat on one of the chairs and untied the ribbon. She lifted the top off and put it on the table, then moved aside the tissue paper. She took out a large envelope, a smaller envelope, a small box and a pocket pack of tissues. She was wondering about the tissues.
