sunshine you’re getting. You’d be mental not to give this one a try.

Liquidate

Ingredients

2 cups lamb’s-quarters or dandelion greens

3–4 dates (pitted)

2 tbsp. raw almond butter

1 cup coconut water

1 cup frozen bluberries

Add first 2 ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding water and coconut water as necessary. add fruit and

almond butter. Blend until desired consistency.

You’re going to hate when this one is gone. Despite the bitter dandelion greens, the dates do an

awesome job at turning that bitter to sweet bliss. You’ll be purifying your liver and you won’t even

know it. There’s even healthy fats too.

Replace the blueberries with raspberries and you’ll have sweet, bitter, and sour all in one.

Guavacado

Ingredients

1 cup guava

1 avocado

2 cups red leaf lettuce

1 cup mango

1 lemon (juice)

1 cup coconut water

Add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding water as necessary.

Guavas can be hard to come by and vary quite drastically in size, shape, and texture. Test the seeds

before you toss this one into the blender as some can be as hard as stones.

Also, some guava skin can be thick and bitter, so be sure to test that too. All this work just for a

smoothie? You won’t be disappointed once that creamy avocado texture hits your lips.

Heavy Green

Ingredients

1 cup broccoli

2 leaves collard greens

1 cup spinach

½ green apple

½ cucumber

½ avocado

1 lime (juiced)

Add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding water as necessary.

Greendrink newbies need not apply; this one is for the hard-core green enthusiast. With minimal

amounts of fructose, those with blood sugar issues will rejoice at this offering. Spinach, broccoli,
and

collards!

Top it off with the superfood avocado and you’ll be brimming with a cancer-fighting, nutrientdense

glow. A savory treat not to be missed.

Hit Pearade

Ingredients

2–3 radish with tops

1 stalk celery

2 cups spinach

1 pear

1 cup pineapple

1 cup mixed berries

dash of cayenne

Add first 3 ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding water as necessary. Add fruit and blend until desired

consistency.
