I asked you and your colleague,
who unfortunately fell ill, here today to speak about the current
information that the citizens of this planet have and continue to
receive. We have been familiar with your planet and are aware of
some of the technological marvels. The fact your planet has been
harvesting our consciousnesses and either merging them with others
or just recycling them is disturbing. What we find even more
upsetting is your planet has been keeping our planet’s population
in control by administering viruses and diseases such as HIV,
Ebola, SARS, Malaria, Cancer, Cholera, Bubonic Plague, Influenza,
Typhoid Fever, Smallpox, and a variety of others. I truly do not
know what to make of this, but what I do know is any planet or
civilization that allows this to happen, is certainly not one which
I will be inducted into, that I assure you. My colleagues and I
would normally question the validity of the information we
received, but for some unknown reason we’re certain that your Prime
2 has stopped these virus downloads to our planet. So the question
arises what do we do with the aliens that are currently on our
planet and how can we prevent this type of inappropriate and
completely uncalled for behavior from ever happening
again.”

Serafina looked around at her audience and knew this
was just one speech in many she would have to give to many other
countries, as well as the United Nations, so what better place to
start.

It is with my deepest apologies
that your civilizations had to endure these atrocities. I assure
you I had nothing to do with them. In fact, I have made it my
life’s work to stop these attacks. So what I share here today is
the truth. Unfortunately, the members of this race you thought you
could trust, you cannot. The faction I speak of called Floaters,
are an extremist group put together by members of our society who
we frown upon. I myself am not a part of this group, only an
undercover operative for an organization who calls themselves
Guardians. Our goals are to achieve peace and tranquility between
all planets. Floaters have been avoiding your technology and kind
for decades. They refuse to have PICs administered, they conduct
their secret meetings in underground facilities and they conspire
to control your planet and others like it. I am aware your people
have been tracking certain members of this movement; one in
particular goes by the name of Spencer Cade. This man has
infiltrated a number of secure servers and extracted top-secret
data from many governments and private companies. He was one of the
men responsible for the attack in Darwin and part of the alliance
who dropped the MOAB killing thousands. As you know this man has
recently downloaded his consciousness into the android that goes by
the name Adam. This is a preemptive attack on this planet in hopes
to prevent it from evolving to a higher technical level. This man
is extremely dangerous and holds a code that could deliver a great
deal of damage to all sides. I have data with me today that will
offer proof of a secret compound in upper New York State. And in
this compound, you will find technologies far beyond your grasp.
You will find thousands of mission reports which have intelligence
regarding this planet. You will also find alien operatives that
work for this faction have infiltrated the highest levels of
government. For all you know one could be sitting in here
now.”

Occupants of the room started to take small
indiscreet glances at each other.

Serafina continued, “You recently
had an NSA cell run by a Special Agent named Scott Noyes, raided by
a black ops group, which I am sure you all know. What you may not
be aware of is this NSA cell actually discovered this underground
facility in New York and this black ops group was called in to
suppress this information. I come here today as a friend, not an
enemy. I have taken great measures in concealing myself within the
Floater organization. I even went as far as lacing my commander’s
beverage today with a flu like virus because I knew if he was in
this room now, he would have never let me speak these words.
Therefore, we offer you this, the Guardians’ allegiance as well as
technology you may find to be very useful. We call it displacement
technology. It allows one to physically transport someone or
something from one point to another within seconds. The range is
limited. It will only work within the confines of your planet, but
I think you will find this sufficient for now. Moreover, if you
choose to share this technology with other countries, that is your
choice. We will not be offering it to anyone else. If you decide to
align yourself with the Guardians, not only will you be given this
technology, but we will also turn over a complete disclosure on our
species. All we ask in return is you give us control of the Platts
Nuclear power plant in New York. We ask for this because we are
currently building a device that will allow us to transport
physical beings from one planet to another. We are also willing to
share this technology with you, after we take care of the Floaters
who reside on Tureis. Unfortunately, I personally cannot stay for
questions and must go, but if you find our offer intriguing then
please contact me. There is a small group of Guardians on
Pennsylvania Avenue willing to come in and answer any of your
questions and share with you this fine piece of technology we call
displacement beaming, which I will now demonstrate for you.” As
Serafina finished her last word, she turned into a beam of bright
light and disappeared.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff turned to
the President and said, “She has my vote,” as the rest of the
members of the Cabinet and President sat there in disbelief.

The date December 12,
2039, the time 9:30 am Eastern Standard:

As Jade and Reece left a local
diner in West Brattleboro, Vermont, Jade commented on how great the
breakfast was. They decided to do a little shopping in downtown
Brattleboro in an attempt to pick up some Christmas gifts. They
also wanted to study the reactions of the citizens who had just
learned they were not the only ones in this vast galaxy and that
aliens from another world have been living on Earth.

Jade and Reece were both
surprised that no one really seemed to be bothered by the news.
There was even one man who stood at the intersection of High and
Main Street that held a sign stating, “Congratulations to the
little green men for coming out of the closet.” There was certainly
a lot of debate on the moral standings and the implications to
organized religion, but over all, there was no violence or people
running around screaming, “It’s the end of the world!” It was just
another day in Brattleboro, Vermont with something most intriguing
to discuss.

After their shopping was completed Jade and Reece
escaped back to the cabin where they sat back relaxed and Reece
finalized the information he was about to turn over to Technology
Gold.

Our citizens are certainly creating factions,
there are a lot who are in an uproar about how the Tureissian
Government purposely prevented their citizens from reproducing
naturally,” said Oshea to Melchior.

I know, our world is being
ripped apart.”

Certain providers of resources
are refusing to deal with members who are Guardians and vice versa.
Our industrial base has affiliates refusing to work with one
another due to their alliance with conflicting factions. There even
have been reports of physical violence towards one another. How can
our society be so advanced, but yet be so immature?” asked
Oshea.

One thing I have learned from
all of this is that it does not matter how mentally, physically, or
technologically advanced one is, if your belief structure is based
on lies, sooner or later the truth will be heard and that society
will fall,” replied Melchior.

So, what do we do?”

We move forward. We suppress the
Floaters’ movement. We continue our quest in transforming Earth
into our next home. The virus is set, Serafina is in the process of
establishing a foothold within their governments,” replied Melchior
as he sat by his desk drinking a cup of his favorite hot leaf
tea.

What about Prime 2 and its
resources?”

What about it? We obviously will
not agree with the opposing force. The council appears divided and
the population of this planet is split, so we eliminate our
adversaries. Once they are gone we will be the majority. We will
seize control of Prime 2 and dismantle its mainframe after
exploiting whatever we can get from it. As for Zaccai we will just
have to remove him before he merges with Prime 2.”

Oshea asked, “But how?”

Do not worry, I have everything under
control,” said Melchior.

Are you referring to the three-tier project
at Central Circuit?” asked Oshea.

Yes, the first tier - Adam,
completed. The second tier - the ability to use the massive
displacement beam to transport physical form from planet to planet.
The third tier - the ability to harvest consciousnesses from Earth.
We were fortunate Zaccai placed the needed software within Jade.
That is why we must gain control of it before the Floaters
do.”

I am still not clear why Zaccai
placed this software within Jade in the first place,” asked
Oshea.

It was a safety mechanism. If
our planet ends up destroying itself, we will still have a place to
revert back to in order to rebuild our society on Earth,” explained
Melchior.

But does that not all depend on one person,
Serafina?”

Yes, it does, and I have
no concerns. She will carry this out to the proper end. Now, let us
go. We have a massacre to attend to.” Both Oshea and Melchior left
the reflection room within
The
Ark
and headed to Mileva’s home in the
cliffs.”

Mileva seemed to have had a change of heart
at the last gathering,” said Oshea.

Yes, I know. She certainly had a big role in
getting the stone in Jade’s hands,” replied Melchior with a slight
grin. “I am looking forward to our little reunion.”

As Spencer drove up I-91 in a
borrowed non-traceable vehicle, he was reminiscing proudly on the
fine job of his escape. This was the first time Spencer
successfully escaped from anywhere. He had no difficulties. The
security was minimal and Spencer had the element of surprise. It
was more of a challenge for Spencer to disable the tracking devices
Central Circuit had implanted in Adam’s body than anything. After
Spencer disabled the guard’s PICS, he moved their unconscious
bodies to the rear of the vehicle, tied them up, and gagged them.
At which point he programmed the vehicle to continue its course to
Virginia. Spencer would have loved to see the look on the
recipients’ faces when they opened up the rear of the vehicle to
find their guards restrained and Adam missing. “Oh well,” Spencer
thought as he processed matters that were more important. One being
a place where no one could find him, so he would be able process
the large amounts of information he obtained from the Central
Circuit’s data banks. Then it came to him, his Uncle’s cabin in
Vermont. Spencer hoped his memories would come back regarding the
reasons why he had knowledge of the figure eight symbol at such a
young age. Has he always been involved directly or indirectly with
Tureis? Moreover, why did the times and date of his death become
such a significant code?

As Spencer’s borrowed vehicle
turned off exit 2 and took a right onto Western Avenue he recalled
found memories of when he visited his Uncle, but nothing had yet
sparked those memories he so desperately looked for. As he turned
into the driveway, he saw another vehicle parked with New York
license plates. This surprised Spencer because the only other
person he knew from New York who was aware of this place was Reece.
He showed little concern. Spencer calculated that if this were a
trap, they would have executed it by now. Therefore, he walked to
the front door, unlocked it, and entered. As he inspected the
living room, he looked over and could not believe what he saw. It
was Reece, and he was asleep on the old beat up leather couch he so
fondly remembered. Spencer walked up to the couch and gave Reece a
small nudge in hopes of waking him up, but nothing happened.
Spencer gave him a second and third nudge, this time he received a,
“Leave me alone, I’m sleeping.” Then Spencer bent over and yelled
in Reece’s ear, “Wake up you fool, it’s me!” Reece immediately
jumped up and as soon as his eyes focused in on the humanoid
standing above him he said, “Adam, is that you. What in the world
are you doing here? Oh my God! Does this mean there are agents from
Central Circuit outside? Listen, I can explain…”

Calm down, will you, I’m not
Adam.”

You’re not? You sure look like him. Then who
are you?”

It’s me Spencer, you know, Spencer
Cade.”

Reece looked closer and said,
“What! Are you insane?”

No, its really me, I can prove
it. The day I died the last thing I told you was I wanted you to be
the caretaker of Jade.” Spencer continued to cite examples of
situations and statements only Reece and Spencer would know. This
went on for a good ten minutes until Reece looked directly in
Spencer’s eyes and said, “Spencer, oh my God, it is you. How in the
world did you end up in Adam? I saw you die. Did Central Circuit
harvest your mind and somehow put you inside Adam in order to save
him?”
