CHAPTER TEN:
Your Forty-Day Superhealing Action Plan
231

To keep the momentum, I sometimes make a personal spa day or

retreat using these techniques. You may want to consider one of the following:

• A superhealing weekend

• A superhealing day

• A superhealing half day

• A superhealing morning

I will also have superhealing retreats and ongoing online and tel-

ephonic coaching programs to support you.

This plan isn’t written in stone, by any means, but is intended to assist you in creating the awareness of superhealing that already exists in your mind, body, and spirit. As it grows in your awareness, you will find yourself engaging your superhealing abilities without thought.

Afterword: Let

Your Superhealing Light Shine

It is confidence in our bodies, minds, and spirits that al ows us
to keep looking for new adventures, new directions to grow in,
and new lessons to learn—which is what life is all about.

—Oprah Winfrey

It’s been quite a grand and glorious exploration! As this

book ends, I know it is truly just the beginning of your path to optimal health and well-being. Thank you so much for joining me. I am

so very, very grateful to have been given the privilege to share the concepts, information, and experiences with you. I did not plan to write this book, but a few months ago the title descended into my

mind, without urging, and I knew in that very moment that writing

it was the next unexpected and exciting adventure of my life. We’ve explored the depths of our being, and you’ve learned how to ful y

engage your mind, body, and spirit. My primary intention has been

to inspire you with the information, techniques, understanding that will remind you of the power that lies within. I’ve shared knowledge that I trust will ignite your enthusiasm and passion and will serve as the foundation upon which you create your pathways to experience

the optimal health and well-being that you desire and deserve. I hope I have succeeded. I pray that you now have a fuller understanding of the truly magnificent being that you are.

My great joy is sharing with you the tools and techniques that will allow you the opportunity to experience the vibrant and vital life you desire and deserve. This work is my life’s passionate calling. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share it with you. I hope that 233

reading this book has enriched your understanding and enhanced

your awareness of the power that your mind, body, and spirit hold

within your being. All three possess certain mysteries, miracles, and magic, which I believe will continue to be revealed in our daily lives and in the science that will accompany our unfolding awareness.

Your life will progress in unimaginable and remarkable ways as your conscious engagement of your mind, body, and spirit grows.

It is my hope that as you grow in your understanding of who you

truly are and how to truly engage your superhealing power, this

will become a part of your awareness that is not only a lifestyle lift but also a way of being. I know you can do it. I have absolute faith in you. Remember to be who you real y are. Then the light of your

spirit will break through the perceptions that are founded in limited understanding.

You’ve learned much, and now your challenge is to take only what

cal s you from this book and use it in your daily life. It will change it in ways you cannot imagine, if you open yourself to that possibility.

Because of an unusual weather pattern, we have had have sev-

eral very cloudy, cold days with dense fog where I live. While I was driving in my car, the fog slowly lifted, the clouds parted, and rays of sunshine rushed through. It struck me that Mother Nature was

expressing to me physical y everything that I’ve shared with you. I saw the fog and clouds as physical representations of fear and anxiety and other emotions that impede the perception of the light of our

spirit that dwel s within us.

May you walk in the light of superhealing and live a life filled with vibrant health and well-being, joy, laughter, happiness, vitality, and fulfillment.

Love and blessings always.
