"And you just assumed it would work?" Seb says cheekily, and Evan gives him a crooked smile.

"No," he says. "I just wanted you to know. I wanted you to know how I felt. Really."

"And the kiss?"

Evan looks sheepish again.

"That was
not
planned," he says. "Definitely not. I still can't really believe I did that. I was so scared you would just turn me down."

Seb laughs.

"Well,
that
worked," he says. "The whole thing was very romantic."

Evan makes a face, and Seb frowns.

"What?" he asks, and Evan groans softly.

"I don't know if I like being called
romantic
," he says, and Seb gives him a look of disbelief that looks an awful lot like a bitchface.

"Dude, you sang a love song up on stage, with an audience," he says pointedly. "And then you kissed me, with a room full of people watching. What the fuck do you expect to be called?"

Evan narrows his eyes at him, a small smile creeping across his face.

"Fine," he says. "You're right. As usual."

"I know," Seb says matter-of-factly, kissing Evan's forehead. But then Evan steals his lips with his own, and anything he planned on saying just evaporates. Instead, Seb just melts into the kiss, closing his eyes and pulling Evan just a little bit closer. It's difficult to get any closer than this, skin on skin, wrapped up together underneath the covers.

But he still tries. He will keep trying until they somehow merge together into one being, and never have to be apart again.

Seb fights to keep his eyes open. He's in the middle of a lecture on American literature, and even though he normally loves this subject, he's just so damn tired.

He hasn't slept much. Despite him and Evan having been together for several weeks now, they have never been
at it
like this before, not like they have been since that night. Seb isn't sure if it's because something has changed since then, making them feel more secure and certain about the entire relationship, or if it's simply because they finally had sex and just want to keep doing it. Probably both. But the sex definitely isn't bad. Definitely not.

After that first time, about a week ago, and after weeks of baby steps when it comes to the physical aspect of their relationship, it has just become so easy. They can't keep their hands off each other. Then again, Seb supposes that was one of the perks of being in love, still floating around in the euphoria of it all―it makes you really,
really
horny.
Really
. Not that he minds.

They have tried different things, too; after Seb being on the receiving end the first time around, they've switched it up, and that was definitely an experience. Seb isn't sure which part he liked best, to be honest. Feeling Evan inside him like that is amazing, being taken and completely possessed―but then again, making Evan squirm and hearing him moan underneath him is something he feels like he will never get tired of. And that isn't even all they have tried, so far.

So Seb is distracted, to say the least, as he sits there in the lecture hall, trying to stay awake. His mind wanders to the drugs analogy he once used to describe Evan. It's ridiculous how well it fits. But he's also pretty sure Evan sees him the same way.

When the lecture finally ends, Seb makes his way out of the hall. He has just gotten out into the quickly crowding hallway, stuffing his notebook into his bag, when someone speaks to him.

"Hey, Seb." The soft tone of voice makes Seb look up, and he's met with a pair of big, pretty eyes and a head of chestnut brown hair.

"Clara," he says, raising his eyebrows a bit in surprise. He hasn't seen her in a while, or hasn't spoken to her, at least. "Hey."

Clara smiles at him, a bit awkwardly.

"Hi," she says, sounding a bit awkward, too. "How are you?"

"Good," Seb says. "You?"

"I'm good," she replies, nodding. "A bit tired. Exams and all."

Seb nods understandingly, and notices how she looks as though she wants to say something else.

"So, um," she finally says. "Listen. When I gave you my number..."

She makes a face, as though embarrassed.

"I didn't know you were... with him," she says. "I'm sorry."

Seb just stares at her for a moment, before catching on.

"Oh," he says, eyes wide and surprised comprehension on his face. "Oh, no. No, it's fine."

"Really?" Clara says, a bit hopefully, and Seb nods. He had almost forgotten about the very public display of affection Evan made and how pretty much everyone is aware of it, by now, including Clara.

"Yeah," he says. "Yeah, I actually didn't even know, myself, at the time."

He pauses at his own choice of words, and Clara frowns. That was an odd thing to say. But he doesn't bother explaining, and just shakes his head, as though saying
forget it.

"Right," Clara says, a bit hesitantly. "Well, I feel kind of stupid."

"Don't." Seb shakes his head again. "I mean, who knew, right?"

Clara smiles at his lame attempt at lightening the mood, and she nods.

"Right," she says, clearly more at ease. "Honest mistake, I guess."

Seb smiles back at her, and she just looks at him for a minute.

"I'm happy for you, though," she says, sincerity in her voice. "Even if it a loss for my team."

She adds that last part with a jokingly conspiring tone, and Seb practically blushes, not bothering to explain that he hasn't really left that team entirely, and rather just extended his allegiance to another one.

"Thanks," he gets out instead, trying not to flick his gaze away too much, and trying not to smile in embarrassed discomfort. He really isn't good with compliments. But Clara just laughs lightly, and smiles when he catches her eye again. She squeezes his arm in a friendly gesture.

"I'll see you around, Seb," she says, and Seb nods.

"Yeah," he says. "See ya."

She gives him one last smile, before making her way past him and walking down the hallway. Seb glances over at her; she has practically disappeared into the mass of students crowding in and out of lecture halls, already.

Seb exhales heavily, turning back and starting to walk in the other direction. He has another lecture after lunch, and he can't wait for it to be over. He just wants to get back home, to crawl into bed with Evan and not move for several days.

He has just almost reached the end of the big hallway, where a few restrooms are, when he stops dead.

Speak of the devil
. Evan is standing right there, arms folded, leaning against the wall, waiting for him.

"Evan," Seb says, surprise as clear in his voice as it is on his face. "Hey."

"Hey," Evan says, an odd gruffness to his voice. But before Seb has a chance to say anything else, or even ask what he's doing there, Evan has grabbed him and turned him so that his back is pressed against the wall. And Seb doesn't have a chance to say or do anything to react, before Evan suddenly kisses him, with such unexpected fierceness that it makes Seb's head spin. When he pulls away, Seb just stares at him, mouth half-open.

"What?" he breathes, equally shocked at what Evan is doing, as well as him doing it right here, where anyone could see. But Evan doesn't seem to care. Instead, he yanks the nearest restroom door open and pulls Seb inside, locking the door behind them.

"Evan," Seb exclaims, thoroughly confused. "What―"

Evan silences him with a kiss, backing him into the wall again. It's a very small restroom, no bigger than a stall, really, but Evan still manages to cram himself in between Seb and the sink, pressing his whole body against Seb's. And as soon as those lips are on his, Seb forgets everything and anything he planned on saying or asking, like what the hell Evan is doing, or why.

Instead, his entire focus is suddenly centered on Evan, on the way he places his hands on Seb's hips firmly, grinding against him, how his tongue pushes into his mouth and how that light stubble scratches slightly against his face. It elicits a weak moan from Seb, as he just stands there for a moment, too shocked and overwhelmed to do anything but simply close his eyes and try to remember how to breathe.

And that's when Evan's hands suddenly move down to the fly of Seb's jeans and start undoing it, making Seb open his eyes.

"What―" he breathes, confused, looking down, but Evan doesn't seem to notice or care. Instead, he kisses him into silence, and Seb momentarily forgets about where they are, that it's in the middle of the day, and that this whole thing is entirely and thoroughly unexpected. He's almost distracted enough to not notice how Evan tugs his pants down slightly, after unzipping his fly, and how Evan's kisses are now moving down along his neck.

Seb's eyes are closed, his breathing heavy, and it's not until Evan leaves his neck and moves down that he reacts properly.

"Whoa," he says, looking down. Evan is practically on his knees, sliding Seb's shirt up so that he can kiss his stomach, just above the waistline of his boxers. Seb closes his eyes for a moment. "What are you doing?"

He practically breathes the words, unable to speak properly; sudden lust is clouding everything, at the moment.

"Let me know if you want me to stop," Evan says, his voice low and hoarse in a way that makes Seb shiver, and he grit his teeth.

No
, he thinks desperately.
Please, don't stop. Don't ever stop.

But this is
ridiculous
. Anyone could hear them―a main hallway is right outside, constantly occupied by a steady stream of students walking to and from classes and lectures. This is a bad idea, a really bad idea.

But Seb
really
doesn't want Evan to stop. And Evan knows that.

Seb closes his eyes and exhales slowly, as Evan smoothes his hands over Seb's skin, under his shirt, skimming down over the jeans along the inside of his thigh. His lips ghost over the bulge underneath the thin, stretched fabric of Seb's boxers―over the hard-on that Seb felt as soon as Evan pressed him up against this wall. Seb swallows hard.

"This is a bad idea," he murmurs breathlessly, but Evan ignores him. He slips his fingers underneath the hem of the underwear and pulls them down. "I don't―"

Whatever Seb planned on saying next is lost in an odd combination of a surprised gasp and a strangled moan. Suddenly, all that exists, all that Seb can even begin to focus on, is Evan's mouth. That hot, wicked,
sinful
mouth.

Seb doesn't even bother feeling surprised, or awkward, or even the slightest bit uncomfortable. Instead, he just leans his head back against the wall, eyes closed, and parts his lips in a low, breathless moan, his fingers automatically finding their way to the back of Evan's head, where they start pulling through his hair with gentle impatience.

What's happening?
Seriously, what the
hell
is happening?

There is something impatient about the way Evan uses his mouth and hands and tongue, something eager and
possessive
, and Seb feels his knees go weak, his fingers gripping Evan's hair absently. He hears himself moan, and he grits his teeth to stifle it; some part of him is still aware of just how public this place is.

Evan doesn't seem to care, though. He just keeps going, keeps teasing and touching and swirling that tongue in the most wonderful way, and when Seb grips his hair tighter, he emits the dirtiest moan imaginable, sending vibrations through Seb's skin.

It takes everything Seb has not to make more noise. He's clenching his jaw, eyes closed, one hand softly pressing against the back of Evan's head, wordlessly begging for more. He's so close, so close... He can feel it.

"Evan," he gets out between heavy breaths. "I'm gonna―"

He chokes on the words, overcome with sensation. He wants to warn Evan, though, out of courtesy, if anything. But instead of stopping or slowing down, Evan seems to take his words as encouragement, moving faster and more intensely, and Seb lets out a strangled moan.

"Evan," he breathes, leaning his head back against the wall, gripping Evan's hair, his other hand clenching into a fist as his side. "Oh shit."

And then it happens, and Seb tenses up, letting out a long, low groan, eyes squeezing shut. It's over quickly, but it's the most intense, blinding few seconds, and Seb eventually relaxes, barely even noticing how his grip loosens on Evan's hair. He keeps his eyes closed, heart pounding, as he leans against the wall, trying to remain standing―his knees are just about to fold underneath him.

Seb breathes heavily, a slight ringing in his ears. He's vaguely aware of Evan pulling his boxers back up and getting to his feet.

"The fuck was that?" Seb finally gets out, eyes still closed. He sounds completely exhausted, and he hears a low chuckle from Evan, who plants a small kiss against his neck.

"Couldn't help myself," Evan murmurs, zipping up Seb's jeans. "I saw you, and I just had to."

Seb opens his eyes then, and finds himself looking into the lust-blown pupils of Evan's.

"Just had to?" he says, still a bit breathless, a small frown on his face.

"I didn't like her talking to you," Evan practically growls, planting another kiss on his neck. "Didn't like how she touched you."

Seb has to think for a few moments, before realizing he means Clara. He's pretty sure that Evan knows it was completely platonic, but he can't blame him. Clara was the trigger that set their relationship in motion, after all.

"Really?" he says, sounding a bit doubtful and surprised, his frown deepening. "That's all it takes?"

Evan pulls back and looks at him, a small smile on his face.

"Not really," he admits. "I've been wanting to do that all day. I
was
gonna wait 'til you got home, but..."

He kisses Seb on the mouth, slowly.

"Then she touched you," he says. "And it couldn't wait."

Seb half-smiles then.

"So," he says, "you were jealous?"

Evan looks away, as though reluctant to admit it.
