One, two, three...

Katie was still standing there, unable to move in case she collapsed from the trembling that wracked her body. Jay disappeared without another word into the hallway, leaving her with only the incessant beeping to accompany her in the deafening silence that remained.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Every time I have to sit down and write this page, it’s a surreal experience for me. It’s absolutely mind-blowing that I have so many amazing people to help me and support me while I write each book. I have a publisher who goes above and beyond to get my stories out in a pretty little package that we can all be proud of (Erica, you’re phenomenal; it’s that simple.); I have a cover designer who can take one miniscule idea and create the most alluring and beautiful designs I’ve ever laid eyes on (Jo, your talents know no bounds!); I have an editor that gave me honest, raw feedback when I asked for it (Thank you, Cassie!); and I have the greatest friends and family anyone could ever hope for. Each time I write this little page, I fear that I’ll forget someone (and I’m sure that I do). Therefore, I’ll keep it simple.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you that has read one of my books, recommended one of the titles to someone else, left a review with your honest feedback, and/or stuck by me while I genre-jump and grow into the writer I want to be. I may not be there yet, but with your love and support, with each project I take on and each tidbit of feedback you offer me, I’ll get there.
We’ll
get there.

And I thank you for that.

About The Author

M. Lynne Cunning has always wanted to be an author, but it wasn’t until she discovered National Novel Writing Month and all the insanity that goes along with it that she began to truly realize her love for writing stories. While she doesn’t limit herself to writing only specific genres, her first two published novels are considered Romantic Suspense.
What We’ve Become
is her second contemporary romance novel.

She is almost always reading or writing, but also enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband/best friend, Dennis, and is the proud dog-mom of two brindle boxers. She’s also a too-far-gone coffee addict and a lifelong country music fan.
